They have some great deals going on right now for new members and the vacuum lanes are shaded which is a must in this Florida heat! My car had a few bugs on the front that didn’t come off and one of the guys noticed it when I pulled in to the vacuum area. He asked what wash I purchased and told me to run my car through again. He took care of getting me in line without paying again and sprayed the front of my car and it came out looking great!2 months agoI am truly happy that since I pay monthly for services, I’m able to use any Whistle Car Wash! They were happy to help me and were very nice. It was first thing in the morning and everything was ready and set up! Thank you!4 months agoThis is a drive through car wash. You do the vacuuming and windows etc. but all the supplies are provided for you! Only thing I wish they did was brush the bugs off and do up under fender walls. Staff said they are adding that feature in a few weeks so I think it will be perfect if they do that! Tire wash and shine is amazing!3 months agoI live under a bunch of trees and my truck gets pretty dirty. When it’s like that even 2 runs through the wash wont remove it all at the other guys wash in town. The guy that preps your car before entering seems to care and took the time to scrub my hood(where the grime accumulates). It could have been a one off but I was really impressed.

I signed up for the $40 per month membership and after the wash I noticed it should’ve been free. My suv looked just as dirty as it did before the wash. My tires were not shined and he overall look did not represent what I paid. Well I did get 50% off the first month… maybe that’s why it was half done.in the last weekGreat reps. They always go above and beyond with my pre clean before entering the car wash. Place is always clean and their is always people here cleaning their vehicles. Yes, I still always find a slot to vacuum my vehicle. I can’t complain about this location at all.

Went there today and it didn’t even come close to getting my car clean. With the added water spots it may actually be dirtier than before I went (even paying extra for spot free rinse). The tire shine was sloppily applied and the rims are still filthy. The bird poo and bug spots were also still there. It didn’t even remove the basic dust and grime as you see in the photos. So very disappointed. I will not be going back that’s for sure. The “under new management” is a flop.
After the change in management I returned. Purchased the monthly package and I have been pleased. Staff are friendly and helpful. A remarkable change.
In 2021- Poor wash and tire shine. Even worse customer service. Would not apply tire shine by hand after their machine failed to do so. Wouldn’t let the car go through again. Even more, 10 days have lapsed without a response to my complaint about this issue through their website. Our relationship has ended. Don’t use this place.
My car was extremely dirty from a trip up in the mountains, completely covered in dirt and salt. Needed to get it cleaned asap so I gave this location a shot and left extremely satisfied. The first run through the wash didn’t really do the job because I drive a Jeep Wrangler and the brushes couldn’t reach the curves, but after talking to the manager, Ric, he personally went out of his way to send my car through again cleaning it up to perfection. Thank you Ric!
Don’t use this car wash, went through today and it busted the plastic on the mirror and they don’t cover anything on side mirrors, clearly it was the wash and you don’t replace it. Recommend using another car wash!
I have been a Wash Club member for years. I love this car wash. Easy in quick wash. Plenty of vacuum bays. I use this place once a week. Even got a membership for my wife. Our cars always stay clean.
