a month agoI’ve been looking for a place that offers a basic full-service car wash ever since Paul and Bill’s in Aurora changed hands and went downhill. After going to this Fuller’s yesterday, I can say that this is not the place. The pricing is not straightforward on the screen when you drive up for the exterior car wash, and the clerk charged me $20 to wash 4 floor mats and then didn’t tell the workers to wash them. I almost left before realizing they weren’t done. Today I took my husband’s car to Tower Car Wash in Batavia, and they did his 4 mats for $5 total. A much better experience all the way around.5 months agoGot an oil change here today. Great experience. Pulled up to a bay, got a ticket for an oil change, waited inside and they even filled up my tires for me and took 5 bucks off a wash which I definitely needed.
Prices were the best I found in the area, definitely come here.
2 months agoRun away!!! These guys forgot to put the skid plate back on after oil change and left their rags on the motor. Had to drive all the way back, since we noticed after we got home. Had tires rotated and never saw the truck get off the ground!! Don’t think that happened either. But charged $127 !! Never again.9 months agoGuys are crooks, unfair business practices.
I signed up for carwash on a rental I had for 3 weeks.
When I signed up I specifically asked and told them it’s a rental and I want to sign up for just a month the lady who took my information said no problem we will just cancel it next month and it’s $9.99 for unlimited wash.
I signed up thinking it’s $9.99 but saw a charge for $14.99 on my card I really didn’t care extra $5 they changed me.
Here a month later I am looking @ my credit card statement and I see $34.99 charge!!!
I go to the store told the whole story the guy behind the register tell me the card was charged 4 days ago and nothing he can do but to just keep using the service I told him it was a rental I signed up just for a month and it’s supposed to be $9.99 to begin with he was not helpful cancel the membership but refused to refund.
UNETHICAL PEOPLE & BUSINESS more of a SCAM4 months agoJust threw $20 away getting a $3 wash. I paid for the full treatment and whole back of vehicle was still filthy, and much of the vehicle still dirty. I asked the guy how the wash would know I was getting $20 service and he said something I couldn’t understand and waved me on. Last time I’ll go here. I’ve been to better Fullers before, which is why I tried this place.

2 months agoI am one of the few who has sustained expensive car damage, owner refuses to call back I must go to carwash and receive knowledge second hand. The pressure PSI took paint off the rims, I know it appears dirty, but that is after the carwash. The explanation I received is that is was an older car, I said yes it is, but the rims were in great shape before the carwash. I have an expensive truck that is new, would he have taken responsibility or would I hear another excuse.
Look at the pictures of the damage to other peoples vehicles, they have it much worse than me. I would stay away and go to a place that will have the courage to admit the damage was caused by wash and not be the cowardly lion and have all information second hand.
Lastly, I use and want small businesses to thrive, but not if they have these ethics.a year agoWhen a $3 car wash turns into a $500 car wash.
They claim no responsibility for damaged cars, and the wash did just that — it damaged my car.I’m all for local businesses and used this wash frequently until recently when I took my car through and noticed my side mirror had been pushed backwards. It popped back into place, no big deal.
Then I noticed the piece that goes over the key entrance on the door was missing. Then the scratches.
My car is not old and it was not in poor condition before going through the wash. The piece from Mercedes to replace the key cover on the door handle is pricey, and the paint for it is even more expensive.
After talking with some other locals, it turns out it was not just my car having issues. I’m unsure if something is out of alignment or what is going on, but I’m really upset my car was damaged.
So my review is use with awareness that these things may likely happen to your car, or take it down to the touch less wash down the street.

Just got a couple of things done today that I’ve been putting off. Was able to change my payment option and get assistance with my discount for a detail all thanks to Erica. Give her a raise. She was kind and very helpful!!
This was the WORST car wash experience. Below are my concerns:
1. Firstly, their system pulled out my new Mercedes wiper from the rest position and broke it from the middle connector. After the wash, I showed it to the team, and waited for 10 minutes before the manager showed up with an arrogance. He found the connector stuck around the hood and fixed it.
2. The dry-cloth wiper after the wash even worse. It left soap marks on the car. For a visualization of it, see the pictures posted below this review.
3. Misrepresentation:
Even though I had paid for the Super kiss+, I didn’t see any polish or wax being applied even after I had gotten the wash completed. The standard $5 car washes that I do for my other car have much better results. In addition to this, I asked at the entry if it was complete touch-less and I was told that “Yes, it is.” However, as soon as I entered, I saw the same type of fabric coming over the car body as other car wash locations. When I asked the manager while he was fixing the broken wiper, he sarcastically told me that, “You heard it wrong, it is ‘touched-less'” , without even verifying it once at the entry about what was told to me. It seemed he was not at all bothered of the misinformation shared
In conclusion, this car wash is NOT at all worth the price. I definitely do not recommended this location for new or luxury cars and I wouldn’t use their dry-cloth service. I would rather go with a standard $5 car wash for a better service and staff.
So I came here for the second time for an express detail. The manager said because minivan was so dirty it needed extra hour of cleaning with $90 surcharge. I have kids who eat half their meals between activities in said minivan so it was dirty. But I had taken it there before and it was pretty meh on cleaning. So I said sure to surcharge but said that then I expected it to be very clean. They had a younger man named Jacob do the detail and it took three hours. But he did a great job and worked extremely hard and was very professional. I had melted crayons in few spots that had been there for last five years that I never could get out (or other detailers!) Somehow he did get them out! And I feel like I’m driving someone else’s minivan now. It was pretty expensive but I am loving the feel of driving a truly clean car.
I came in yesterday, 7/25, and had a great experience. The car wash itself is always good but the service after while getting my car dried was great. Ron did a great job and was very professional. I will be coming back and asking for him in the future
Its a total ripoff. I went to this place for interior detailing charged me $256.94 for the service and they didn’t even vacuum. When l asked them to clean it properly their manager(she) response was very rude and asked me to leave.
Please don’t go there for car detailing service.
