5 months agoBeen here before several times and had gotten the $8 basic one. Comes out good nothing special but gets cleaned well. Decided to do the $16 that had added stuff and man oh man the tire shine was no where near on point only 1 of 4 got coated all around the others look like had a child do them 🤦♂️. Unless it was since it was moderately busy but won’t be doing the $16 again.a week agoI appreciate Danny Joe always personable and has a deep care for proper customer relations. Glad he cares the members get what they deserve every time! He introduces the opportunity to take pride in being a member and its advantages. I appreciate the team there and the ease to get the services needed. One remark is to ensure members are able to really get what they need and non members are invited and encouraged to invest in the location.a week agoThere is a person there clearly doesn’t like his job ,always throwing the brush in the bucket and slams the brush on your windshield and beats up your car and scratched my car I had to tell him to be careful with my car and I spoke to another person about him and I don’t know his name but y’all need to hire people that take care in your customers car’s. Now I’ve gotten to the point that I don’t want to go there but I bought a best car wash monthly plan . And not happy.a month agoThis is the first time that I’ve noticed true pride and integrity when I get my car washed. Jonathan didn’t just run the scrubber over the windshield my car. He took his time and even after I began to go through he was still trying to get the dirt off the back of my car. My car needed to be ran through again so by the time I got all the way to the entry Jonathan had already spotted the stain on my windshield that had not come off the first time and began to spray and scrub it out . Nowadays it’s hard to find good customer service and young people who take pride in what they do. I hope Jonathan will keep up the good work, continue to be the leader that I see in him and know that the sky’s the limit as long as he keeps a good positive attitude he and his infectious bubbly smile will continue to go far in life. Positive comments are just as important as the negatives that seems to be most common. Thank you.9 months agoFirst and last time!!!! The guy that works there was a gentleman he was very helpful. It was two females actually working the car wash part. One of the females was so rude and disrespectful. She started yelling as soon as I came through the car wash line about letting off the brakes. She then approached my car window and started yelling even louder. She was very nasty and rude. I definitely will not be spending my hard earn money at this place. She picked this job, If she don’t like she need to quit! No to mention I paid for a $20 dollar service and received the $8 dollar service.

in the last weekI like taking my car here to get it cleaned. Even though they always miss cleaning some spots inside my car. Today, I decided to rate them with two stars because of Tonya Bird’s attitude. I feel like all customers should be treated friendly regardless if you have a membership or not. I personally have one but when I asked her to check on a discount all she had to say was no without a rude attitude. Then, I feel like they took it personally, because they didn’t vacuum the back of my SUV.3 months agoWith kiddos, my car was a mess! They cleaned it inside & out perfectly. The cup holder in the interior had spilled drink & coins that were hard to remove and they got it out easily. I recommend 100% & I will be back. Thank you! 🙂6 years agoThe prices have gone up, and the service has gone down. I paid for the Platinum package, and got a below basic wash and vacuum. My mats were thrown all over, at least 50% of the car didn’t get cleaned or dusted, they put so much wheel shine on my tires, that it splattered all over the sides, hood and windshield. When I showed the work to a guy there he offered to get me a rag to wipe my own dash. I showed the manager, which was very nice and courteous, and he had my car rewashed and wiped down. This has happened way too many times, and I’m not going to waste my time and money going there again. I was one of 3 cars there, and we had left the car for 30-40 minutes to be cleaned. Yet, they couldn’t clean it correctly the first time. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be finished the second time. Not worth the head ache.2 months agoI love how they’re always done in 30 minutes or less depending on the amount of cars but their staff is so nice and their job is great always leave my expedition looking fresh.3 months agoSubpar cleaning. 38 dollars and they didn’t do half the things they promised. I politely asked them to touch up the items not done and they grudgingly abliged. But said they didn’t do things they originally said they would in the beginning of the sales pitch. Pretty disappointed.
While waiting they’re was a gentleman there that saw they did a poor job and he said he comes here monthly with their membership and says they do a crumby job. He said he was looking for a new place bc it wasn’t worth it. 🤷♀️ Just sad integrity & a person’s word is not reliable here

I payed for their highest package and expected for it to be cleaned nice from the outside and inside. The inside looks barely touched like they just sprayed scent and just wiped it and could not even do that, if I could leave zero reviews I would.
I have gone to this car wash for years! It has changed names through the years, but always great service! My husband and I both have the monthly membership so we can go whenever we want! I highly recommend Trademark Car Wash.
I just literally left this place now. I paid $35 for interior wipe down, vacuum my carpets, clean my windows, wax the outside, clean the outside, have a fragrance added to the car, and etc…as you can see in the photos I just took my car wasn’t cared for accordingly to what I purchased! I am a very unhappy customer, and I am not one to write bad reviews but this place just got me for my money sadly 😞 I provided proof of my purchase along with the date and time so y’all can see my facts!

The guy that was helping me pick a car wash was really nice, and I told him if they could do a wipe down of the car inside, and he said no problem
After the car was supposedly washed and cleaned, this is the result, so please judge by yourself
This is a rip-off, and I just left the carwash, so this isn’t after a day or two.
Worst carwash ever, and I used to work at a carwash and left a customers car like this
THE WORST WORST !!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IT FOR ANYTHING, PLEASE DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLES IN THE HANDS OF THEM. I brought my vehicle to this place to get a detailed cleaning inside and out and I don’t know what they did but they broke the front passenger airbag sensor and now they don’t want to take responsibility for what they damaged and Not to mention the supposed manager , rude, unethical, unprofessional manager, to be honest, he doesn’t know how to treat customers when I told him what his employees did, he ignored me and he didn’t care what they did to my car . I can’t believe that he told me to leave otherwise he would call the police. My vehicle enter at your car wash in perfect condition and came out with a broken sensor and unfortunately it is a very expensive sensor.
