It’s a clean place, kind workers, but more expensive now. I hope it’s just seasonal.9 months agoHave been here before and it’s normally fine. However today dryers were not functioning. I know the express wash can’t possibly get every single spot. But I have never left The wash with so many streaks. The least they could have done is offer a super quick towel dry to avoid the streaks, or given me a towel to do it myself.a year agoI went there on July 4th, paid for platinum $40 but they didn’t deliver good job at all!!! They spent 5minutes on my car! The car was very dirty inside! When I asked them to clean the dirty drippings between doors and the tailgate ! They called the Manager for me!!! And the Manager looked me as if I got lost!! He told me that “we don’t clean the dirty we dry!!! That was a bad experience for me.3 months agoI just visited Mr. car Wash in BP. I paid for the platinum service plus 4 mats to be washed. Left and noticed 2 mats were not washed and the middle council was still dirty. Brought it back and they were very accommodating to fix the issue. Very prompt and happy to fix it. Rated 4 stars because I had to bring it back.2 months agoBad service I have a membership with them thinking to cancel soon they don’t clean good enough for more than 40 bucks a month They forgot their cleaning supplies on my truck I went back same thing happened I’m canceling my membership 🤬

4 months agoDespite some poor reviews I highly recommend paradise car wash in maple grove. I recently brought my vehicle in for the complete package and they did an amazing job on the interior and exterior. I usually detail my own vehicles but when I saw the price they were offering for their services I was intrigued. They did a much better job than I could do myself and in a fraction of the time. I dropped it off in the morning and it was done by noon.a year agoStopped by today for the first time, ordered their top level “Ceramic” wash for $24. Not impressed. The wash hardly took care of the minimal amount of bugs that were on the front of my SUV, and the wheels still have brake dust all over them. There are also dirty spots on the back where the brushes missed. The air dryers didn’t really dry the car either and I spent a decent amount of time with my own towels to take care of that. Honestly not any better than a Holiday car wash at half the price. That’s about it, now I’m going to head to the garage and get out my wheel cleaner and detail spray to take care of everything that was missed. Oh and the first parking spot I tried for vacuuming didn’t have any vacuums with any suction. For only a couple bucks more Gerrings in Wayzata does a FAR better job with hand drying the car and the wash there actually gets it clean.5 years agoUpdate:: The response to my review was even worse!! It is NOT worth paying the money! DO NOT GO HERE!!
I was able to clean my interior with 2 basic car wipes!!! The excuse and the service is so sub par! I have tried this place at least 6 times since they opened and have received inconsistent cleaning and tragically consistent lack of quality.
After reading the Local Guide reviews listed below I am shocked they are giving such high stars. I can only assume they are bits or used to overpaying for shotty work and service!

My car was not that dirty and for $32 I paid to have my exterior washed and interior cleaned! BEWARE “cleaning” is a term used loosely here and referred to as “wiped down” interior! This REALLY translates to dusting!!!
I have bug slatter still on my windshield and dust/crumbs in my center console!!!
Called to complain and was on hold for 15 minutes AFTER the girl on the phone told me that’s what I should expect because it costs MORE for them to CLEAN my car! They only dust and clean windows!!!2 months agoCar wash was good, detail job not so much.
To spend $50 for wash and detail and still have dust and dirt where it should be clean and sparkling is very frustrating, and had tipped before getting in.3 years agoWould recommend this place to anyone…they have gone the extra mile numerous times for me. Further updates..I have the unlimited member ship now and I LOVE IT ! No matter how much mud is on my truck they pressure wash it all off with out one complaint, although I have had to go thru twice so I diddnt hold up the line for so long. One time I went there with 6 inches of snow and ice build up from a winter storm and they sprayed it all off. I had them detail my truck before I sold it and I personally think that is why it sold in 3 days. Check out the pictures I attached. Amazing!!!! The workers are the people show should get all the credit they really take pride in what they do and it shows….THANKS!

Unlimited Membership has its perks, like being able to wash near home, during weekend outings, and near work – unfortunately, the latter will no longer be an option, as this particular location keeps leaving black streaks on my silver car. They buff out but it takes a lot of work. Please address whatever aged/damaged brush parts are doing this to your customers’ vehicles. This was during the wash, not the dry (the dryer thing didn’t even come down to my car, though it did for the customer before me).
All the places are sucking more and more!! I’ve had a monthly pass for almost a year, but I am not happy with any of these locations!! If it’s a black guy with wand at the entrance, your car WLL NOT get an undercarriage spray, UNLESS YOU ARE BLACK! If it’s a white guy, you might get a spritz on your hood, maybe a mirror, or maybe your roof!!😅🤣😅🤣, if it’s a Mexican you will get a proper pre wash with that wand!! I feel more and more everything I go into any of these places that I am getting ripped off!!! I see there are other places, that look better, and are willing to take our money!!!
One of the best car washes in the area. They clean out the garbage fairly often, you can use the vacuums as well. The entrance is wrong on Google maps though.
I spent $20 on the platinum car wash and my suv wasn’t totally cleaned. Plus it didn’t dry all the way so now I have water spots.
My business is next door to these guys. Someone ran off the road, over the hill, through the trees, flipped and crashed their car into the back of the attendants shack this morning. Crazy. (Nobody was hurt)
