2 months agoSadly, the Rose Hill Car Wash has gone down hill since the sale. Yes payment has improved. But should I go back, I will never tip in advance again.
Service was terrible. I paid for works plus. The exterior of the vehicle was left dirty. If I wanted a hose down, I could go to so many other car washes and have paid less. I am not expecting my car to be detailed but for the Works Plus I expect my car to be vacuumed after I watch as your crew vacuumed the car in front of me for 10 minutes.
Why did you make me wait an hour to cream the inside of my vehicle if the front window is still dirty? I watched 6 vehicles that came off after me finished before mine including a heavy duty full cab truck.
I also paid $10 extra to wash my floor mats but they are still dirty. Even worse after being told my car was ready my floor mats were not in my car. I had to find them and then was told by your crew to put them back in myself.
If this was one off okay. But I arrived with a friend and they were left with a dirty vehicle after paying for the works plus.
3 weeks agoI just left this place and paid $35 for this car wash only to find half of my car not vacuumed. The trunk was not touched as well. I used to come here all the time and they did such a great job but since the new ownership, I would avoid this place completely. save yourself the money,
long wait times and stress.2 months agoSELL OUTS! I’ve been coming here for years!! They have gotten rid of the employees, trid the refrigerators, the intimacy and ambiance that was once raved in the local the newspaper. Its now a stagnant. Money making machine, like everything else. It was absolutely awful to see. Everything was replaced with chairs like a stale Bank of America. No more free toys for the children. There was no more free coffee because the coffee had run dry, and although there was a complimentary mechanical help yoursef machine, it, of course was unmanned and out of coffee in the 1st place. Which is WHY you keep employees!!! What a loss for our community, and yet here we are stagnant, with all these establishments to disintegrate and disappear. So heres technology taking over to save a buck. Better off at the csr wash down the street! Same service now!in the last weekI am extremely disappointed with the service of my vehicle. I paid for the full service exterior/interior. My car is very dirty inside and out with wax marks all over the outside. I tipped 10 bucks with a total of 50. I can do a much better job myself. They took maybe 15-20 mins max to do my entire car and it sure reflects that. I’m not one to write reviews but this bothered me so much. I won’t be going back.5 months agoIf you want a quick car wash + vacuum clean inside the car, this is good place. They offer variety of packages starting $11.95 till $35.95. I tried Gold wash and it was good.Their staff drive the car into car wash drive thru.

But with how many cars I always see here it’s a busy popular place ☺️a month agoI was skeptical because I wanted a touchless wash and I saw the giant brushes inside the wash chamber. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could select either type of wash during payment. The equipment seemed well maintained and it cleaned my truck well. Only one of the bays is tall enough for trucks (the one on the right) so pay close attention to your vehicle height when you pull up. The price was average for a touchless wash in the area. I’d use Clean Planet Car Wash again.a week agoI had a great experience at this car wash. The line attendants are courteous and did some extra scrubbing on my car bumper before I drove into the car wash.8 months agoUpdate: it’s still 4 stars because the unlimited plan is cheap, but I’ve had it happen multiple times where something (soap, wax, etc) doesn’t come out or partially comes out AND the left stall drips water in the already meager drying section.
Update: second stall is working again (for now). Wait times are a little better because of that.
Get ready to wait… If you can, I’d come in the middle of the night since it’s 24/7 (which is a nice convenience). Any time I come during the day it’s usually a 15-45 minute wait since one stall has been broken all but one time. Pricing is decent and the subscription is a great deal. Soft brush is necessary if your car is actually dirty (only available on the left stall). Touchless is good if you regularly visit or your car isn’t very dirty.

I can’t speak more highly of everyone at Juanita Union 76! They’ve taken excellent care of my car for a long time. I get regular oil changes and they always do a complete inspection of everything, often finding things that I didn’t realize needed replacement such as back lights, etc. They suggest things I might need to have done in the future but never pressure me to have work done. They vacuum the inside of my car each time I have work done and give me a free car wash. It’s a mostly family operation led by Dan who’s absolutely amazing and has been running the operation for 50 years! Everyone there is extremely kind, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend them and thank them for all their help to me over the years!
These guys and gals are absolutely 100% professionals. My whole experience dealing with Phil and his crew was a breath of fresh air. I had numerous things wrong with my vehicle and to be honest I was worried of the cost but also I was more worried about whether it was gonna get done correctly, they did an awesome job in not just explaining the problems but helping me fix what was necessary and setting me up with the not so urgent fixes later. They did an awesome job, they were clean and top notch. I would suggest you take your vehicle problems to these guys anytime. I found my mechanics. I got my catalytic converter stolen across street. I pulled into the station. They immediately helped me. Gave me a ride home. I got my car back the next day. They have free full service and a car wash with 8 gallons of gas. Quality!
