Told me about the special they had for this month.in the last weekI had such a good time a whistle express car wash. They were fast and friendly and made sure to have great customer service. Definitely recommend coming here.2 months agoI have the management special. I can get my car washed anytime I need. I love this place. The only thing I would fix is the fact the vacuums don’t always have good suction. Other than that. It’s clean ,the staff is always friendly and willing to help with any issues that you may have.3 months agoGreat service, they monthly subscription is a legit and totally worth it. Highly recommend, vacuum area is clean and it is free!!!3 months agoI found this wash service to do a better job on my car. I was a member of the green car wash and changed. Now the previous company workers are much more friendlier than the whistle workers. They are polite just not extra friendly .That would be the only thing that would make it 5 stars. Otherwise your wash does a great job.

2 months agoThe first person who detailed my vehicle did a horrible job although I tipped her anyway. When I asked to speak to the manager, he and another employee re-detailed my car with more attentiveness and had a great attitude about it. Very courteous and kind. Did an excellent job and I really appreciate the manager stepping up to right the wrong as I paid for the most expensive detail package on the service menu. I tipped the manager and the other employee, also. Will be returning to have my vehicle washed and detailed.5 months agoI went today for a basic wash for my suv. I have used Auto Brite for years and I’ve always been satisfied until today! I went inside to pay for my wash and there wasn’t anybody inside so I walked out the front door and stood (my ride was there in her truck) and Kristen who I later find out www a cashier came out from the side telling me not to drop my truck off. That’s fine, but I merely told her that the sign by the register says “no drop offs for an extended period of time”’and that they need to update it. The lady was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered! Kristine came from the side of the building yelling & pointing at the door telling me to read! When I walked to the back to get my vehicle the manager approached me( she didn’t have any attitude) and was asking me what happened/ the worker walked back there still screaming and yelling telling the manager that she was not going to wash my vehicle. I told the manager that I didn’t have an issue about staying, but the employee had no right to approach me the way she did. The manager told her to be quiet but she proceeded arguing to herself bc I didn’t even respond.. I did call corporate to complain, but I really feel like this woman approached me the way she did because I was a black woman. I did ask an employee if she was always behaves like that & he said yes! There was absolutely no reason for her to be so irate and disrespectful over a sign! I’m also confused how she tells me what she isn’t going to do and she wasn’t a manager to make that decision! The manager didn’t even refuse service to me. If this is the type of treatment black healthcare professionals receive here the. I will not be spending my money there again. A free car wash is not compensating the disrespectful manner in which I was approached with today.8 months agoI Have been a Jacksonville Auto Brite customer for many years Before I went this morning I checked their website for their Opening time. While I was checking I read some of the customer comments, and wondered if there was another one in Jville. I have always gotten good service and a quality cleaning. Tim handled my final cleaning, and I was very happy with what he did. Come on people, you get what you pay for. Worth the Price of a #3. I am happy I made the drive.a year agoBUYER BEWARE… I’ve gave this place several tries hoping I was just catching the wrong person or a bad time. I’ve even tipped each person after asking them to fix the mistakes which they still did not fix. I’ve NEVER ONCE left here satisfied in the 5-6 times I’ve been. I’ve spent $60 each time by getting the number 1 that includes everything in the inside and out cleaned. Plus I always buy 3 car fresheners. Today is my LAST TIME COMING HERE EVER! I am not exaggerating when I say you will waste your time and money coming here. Todays pictures is exactly how I’ve had to leave in the past. The rims were still dirty. The very back of my Murano was never even vacuumed. The console nor my dash was cleaned thoroughly. I’m so upset I came back and was treated the way I was. The guy had the nerve to be upset with my because I told him I was not tipping this time. Every time I’ve been and seen different people and this is the result in the photos. I wasn’t even there an hour and the guy said he worked over an hour on it. There wasn’t anyone else there he had to rush for. I said I wasn’t in a hurry and I needed a deep vacuum and deep wipe down since I’ve been unable to clean it due to health reasons. NEVER AGAIN!! Please believe me… you won’t be satisfied! I try to give folks a chance and not complain but this is ridiculous that I’ve gotten this results every timea week agoThe gentleman who cleaned my vehicle was very committed to doing an excellent job! Great experience will return to have vehicles redone.

I did my research of the local car wash monthly plans because I use a car wash more than the average person due to having a show car. I chose Green Clean because of the staff and the cleanliness of my car upon completion, plus their vacuums are awesome hence the 4-star rating but on June 3, 2023, that was not the case. I was the second in line at 8:00 am and the cones were still in place with only one employee which explained that the Manager was late and would be there in 20 minutes if I wanted to come back or wait. I had a show to go to and ended up paying for a car wash at another location which upset me because I pay for a monthly service. Then today I explained my experience to the employees, and I sensed that the Manager has done this before or is not reliable. It’s a great place that provides a great service, but the leadership should set the example not just the employees.
I typically like this business. Mainly the people that work there have been extraordinary. The carwash is goid but so is all the car washes. I have 4 cars on memebership there. However, ive made complaints about the potholes in the ground. I have damaged a rim on one of my cars due to the potholes. In addition, instead of fixing the holes with new asphalt, they put dirt into the hole so after you have washed your car, the dirt now slings onto the side of your car and is all over your tires. Ive been complaining about the same issue for months now. At this point, i may be ready to take my business elsewhere because customer satisfaction and quality seem to be under the list of opening new locations for this company.

They do not do a good job washing your car at all, and leave soap everywhere. You have to wipe down every square inch yourself to get rid of the soap residue. I was wiping my car down with the provided rags and found a piece of gold chain inside a rag scratching my car. I went inside and cancelled my subscription immediately. Not a good car wash service.
These guys were amazing! I went through once & they noticed I still had some bugs on my car, so they suggested I go through again to make sure my car was thoroughly cleaned. Great place & even better employees!!
