2 months agoAbsolutely waste of money. $32 down the drain had to leave after the car wash and go get a second car wash at a different location. Absolutely will never return to the Columbia Mall car Wash again. Will not recommend this location to anybody I know who ever needs a car wash. I didn’t bother to take any pictures of the car because we literally got in the car and drove to another location. We did not take the car through the car wash ourselves The employees did because we paid an additional $15 for interior and they literally vacuumed for $15. I could have vacuumed for free3 weeks agoI am overall happy with the car wash. Different locations seem to be better than others. None of them ever get my wheels clean. The one on Nebraska never leaves my tire shine like the one on grindstone. I can go multiple times a week and my wheels never get clean. I always have to clean them with the towels.a week agoAll of the employees are always friendly and go out of their way to assist you. The car wash is excellent. The cost is fair, especially the veteran reduced club membership for unlimited washes.a month agoSuper friendly young lady helped get me signed up for $10 a month! 😃 Big time now! 🤣a year agoClub Car Wash is such a great deal. I used to wash my car occasionally. Since i got my membership i go thru often. My car looks great and i get free air fresheners. If you’re active or retired military your membership fee is 1/2 off.

2 months agoClub Car Wash is a great place to maintain your interior and exterior of your automobile! I have to keep my exterior and interior clean and CCW has all the tools I need to quickly wash and vacuum my car. They supply a towel for detailing windows and car door entryways. Vac access to each side of my car is easily available. Great deals on unlimited washes for a flat rate too! Their are at least five locations in Columbia Missouri. Great Service, and don’t forget to tip the power wash staff. 😉a month agoI love this location. Occasionally the computer decides to give us the wrong wash, but the employees always let us go back through since we are members. They are all really nice and friendly2 weeks agoGood car wash. Some days are better than others but I think that depends on the people there4 months agoI have never left a bad review for a business, but feel it would be appropriate in this situation. My car was damaged while going through the Club Car Wash, and although the service team handled my claim fairly, quickly, and politely, a disclaimer should notify car owners clearly stating that if your car is over SEVEN years old, they’re not liable for any damages.5 months agoI have a brand new car (September 2022) that I brought here on December 20th, 2022. After going through the wash I got out to use their vacuums. I was the only one out of my car because it was so cold that day. I noticed that there were scratches starting above the front tire all the way to the rear bumper on both sides. I brought it to the manager’s attention and he apologized and told me, “this happens all the time”. He was well prepared to grab the iPad, take pictures, and file a claim.
Once the claims department reached out to me their response to the pictures and my explanation was, “sorry sir, I just don’t believe you. You were the only one to complain that day.” I was taken off guard, I explained the manager agreed with the me and apologized for the scratches. Also the reason there probably weren’t more complaints is due to how cold it was outside. Most people don’t get out and check their car. Plus the scratches were very thin.
Overall they did nothing for me. The woman from the claims department told me she would give me a max of $300 to “buff out the scratches”. However she never followed through with that via email. I have not heard back. Also, when I brought my car to the dealership they explained the scratches can’t just be buffed out.
Overall this was a terrible experience. Avoid this car wash.

I used a wash ticket out of a book of them I had bought before it changed hands from tiger express to Club Car wash. It was a $20 wash ticket but did not give me a rewash ticket like you used to get in case of rain or getting your car dirty within 2 days of your wash. No towel to wipe interior, and door frames with. The wash didn’t even get all the bug gets off of the windshield but I will say they did let me go through the wash a second time because of that.
When this car wash was tiger express car wash it was a great value for the money. After changing hands the prices have gone up and you don’t get as much.
After using this car wash for years, I won’t be using it after my wash ticket books that I bought ahead of time are gone then.
Club Car Wash has been doing an impeccable job keeping my car looking fabulous! And they also have super duper vacuums that you can access from both sides of the car! They supply a finish towel to wipe off excess dew from your windows! So no spots! Check them out for monthly deals and keep your car looking awesome! 😁3 great locations!
$10 Tuesday is always great deal. Purchased monthly usage under Military discount for $27/month now can use whenever! Make sure to ask for damp towel to dry car and remember to drop in containers when finished with blue microfiber towel so you can get one when you return next time. Free suction vacuums to vacuum vehicle(s) at end of car wash pull forward in space so vacuum can reach all around vehicle. Occasionally car was down due to mechanical chain issues. Awaiting NEW location on Clark Lane advertised last year would be new location by Schunks Grocery store but Only Sign there no building has begun taking a long time and when asked at working location employees say they have NO status on new location! Bit frustrating when you can get status updates.
We have been to a lot of the locations in missouri. I said Lebanon mo was my least favorite, I was wrong this one is. The entire setup was not planned well, it has the least features I have seen so far in Club Car Wash, the scrubby-tenticles drop down and it sounds like they are going to bust through my windshield. They weren’t friendless by any means.
