When I got my car back inside was still dirty even worst than What it was because they rubbed dirty cloth all over. When I asked them to clean it again they say doors are not included!! Then why do u say full service??! Not recommending it here4 years agoGood not great. They did about 80% of the job. I bought the Wheels express package. Good job vacuuming the interior, wiping down the interior glass and most of the exterior. However, they didn’t wipe down the rear view mirror, missed sections on the back of the car and rims and the tire shine was subpar. I needed about 15 minutes when I got home to wipe down the missed spots and reapply sheen to the tires. I would like them to be great and with more focus on the details, I think they could. Also, why the caged rabbit in the hallway?

2 months agoThe car wash does a great job ! The freebies are nice too. Last week when I asked for the cleaning supply caddy , there were no rags like there usually are in the caddy.
I understand this is an express business model , but some interior detailing options would be a benefit if provided.
Their unlimited wash package is a SUPER valuein the last weekSuper personal and lovely to talk to! I love coming here, the vacuums are super good (I can get the corners in-between the seats and such better than other places) and I love the additional air sprayer to get some spots (like door handles). My favorite thing is that they give your dash wipes which doesn’t leave it streaky like Clorox and such and they give you air scents at all visit!!!! (If you want one of course)
Super good deal even for a basic wash with all the extra perks2 months agoTHIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. A BLACK GUY JUST SPRAYED A WATER WITH A CHEMICALS ON ME AND INSIDE THE CAR BECAUSE I ASK HIM FOR AN Air freshener, he said you better say what you want first, I told him you have an attitude and rude then he sprayed me in the eye!!! I CALLED THE POLICE ON HIM AND HE’S NOW TALKING TO HIM. Fast, effective, and busy. Whenever I get my car cleaned here I know it will look tip top sparkly clean! Although the lines are long, the wait is usually very short, only about 5 minutes. Employees are located at the pay machines and at the entrance to the wash to guide you. Overall a great value!
No complaints about wash itself, but customer service is lacking to say the least. Nick Dalesandro was not accommodating and rather than trying to solve the situation on hand – right out offered to cancel my membership there and then. Not sure if it’s a best way to keep your customers coming back.
Went here for a car wash. Car wash good. Charged my card TWICE! I called and left a voicemail explaining the situation for the owner/manager to call me back. Simple right, Wrong. Manager or someone does call me back while I’m at work, I can’t answer. Leaves no voicemail, nothing. I called back 3 more times with voicemails and never heard from them again. Keep that extra $15! My calculations, you lost $7200 of my future business, over your lack of customer service. Goodbye Felicia
Super powerful vacuum cleaners and plenty of bays open even during rush hours. The car wash is pretty quick as well and does a great job.
I’ve been coming here since 2017 when I first moved into the area and I’ll continue to go here, I mean I’m so pleased with this location that I haven’t tried a single other carwash since 2017. Their wash(even the cheapest one) usually gets our car completely clean if there’re still spots or two it’s because my car was abnormally dirty which is a me problem and not a them problem. They have an area for taking any bugs or hard to wash debris off your vehicle before going into the carwash machine. What keeps me coming back though is the vacuum cleaner strength!!! Their vacuums are strong not the used to be strong in the beginning but will barely suck up any debris now strength but full lift up your interior carpet while you vacuum over it strong. That lets me get more vacuuming done in less time which is important when you have crumb droppers in your back seat and need to vacuum often. Even when there’s a long line I wait to get in here, this Jet Brite is my favorite and I’m particular about where I wash our cars.
