3 months agoemployees on a power trip. Stuck in front of the car wash. Can’t go forward can’t reverse. I have a membership but the employee insist that I have to have a sticker. She is refusing to find the membership fee in my tag number.
Brown Bear Car Wash reply is incorrect. Your employees don’t have a new stickers. Each time I have asked, they told me I need to come back when there’s a manager on duty. Apparently your manager doesn’t start until later in the day? I was not offered a new sticker. Why would your employee hold me up get on the phone and make me wait when they could simply hand me a sticker. I’m here every Wednesday morning, and last Wednesday the attendant had no problem and the Wednesday before this event the attendant had no problem, except that they don’t have access to stickers. As if. I wish I could give you less stars for that reply.
2 months agoA lot has changed in the last 6 months of this area. Left originally because of constant watermarks every time I went through this car wash. Went to the Brown Bear at Renton and gave this place a second chance. Very satisfied they changed the configuration where my vehicle would dry up without marks AND got my recently layered tree sap with no problem. Thank you for making me a returning customer again!a month agoGreat car wash spot in Redmond, they machines only accept card payments it’s about 3 dollars for a 4 minute wash and they have the foam brush.2 months agoOverall good experience, efficient service. Vacuum stations are well equipped with glass cleaning supplies and towels.a month agoThis is the better Brown bear in Redmond I think..They are currently closed until 7/1/23 for renovations but I was a regular prior to that.

2 weeks agoI recently had the pleasure of visiting Brown Bear car wash and I must say, their service was simply excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by their friendly and attentive Manager Assistant, Jennifer, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a seamless experience.
Upon arrival, I realized that I had forgotten to remove my car antenna, rendering the automatic wash unusable. However, Jennifer quickly came to my rescue and offered to help me unscrew it. She dedicated a whole 20 minutes of her time to patiently help me remove the antenna, allowing me to proceed with the wash hassle-free. Her willingness to assist me with this minor but important inconvenience truly exemplified the exceptional customer service provided at Brown Bear car wash.
Once the antenna was removed, I proceeded with the automatic wash, and I must say, the results were outstanding. The wash was fast, yet thorough, leaving my car looking impeccably clean. The attention to detail was evident, as even hard-to-reach spots were taken care of, leaving no dirt or grime behind.
Aside from the exceptional service and efficient wash, the overall atmosphere of Brown Bear car wash was welcoming and well-maintained. The facility was clean, organized, and had a pleasant ambiance. The staff, including Jennifer, were all professional, knowledgeable, and approachable, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.

4 weeks agoPros: The employees are friendly. The trash and property is clean.Cons: I called and asked if the vacuums are free and when I got there I was told it’s $2 for 5 minutes. It is not like I could back up and say no thanks. So you’re pretty much forced to go through. Very tight squeeze driving around the building. It gets really busy for such a small location. You should at least put the price for the vacuums on your website and the employees need to give out the correct information.
2 weeks agoTunnel wash is ok – doesn’t completely clear everything and leaves some soap suds. Thankfully there are towels to wipe down but there are too many cars most times.The location causes quite the jam at busy times due to the corner lot.
Employees are really good and nice!
Vacuums are superb and a good price.
3 months agoGreat experience! Bristol helped me quickly set up my unlimited car wash and he was wonderful! He walked me through everything and he really seemed like he enjoyed his job. If you want a quick car wash + vacuum clean inside the car, this is good place. They offer variety of packages starting $11.95 till $35.95. I tried Gold wash and it was good.

Sadly, the Rose Hill Car Wash has gone down hill since the sale. Yes payment has improved. But should I go back, I will never tip in advance again.
Service was terrible. I paid for works plus. The exterior of the vehicle was left dirty. If I wanted a hose down, I could go to so many other car washes and have paid less. I am not expecting my car to be detailed but for the Works Plus I expect my car to be vacuumed after I watch as your crew vacuumed the car in front of me for 10 minutes.
Why did you make me wait an hour to cream the inside of my vehicle if the front window is still dirty? I watched 6 vehicles that came off after me finished before mine including a heavy duty full cab truck.
I also paid $10 extra to wash my floor mats but they are still dirty. Even worse after being told my car was ready my floor mats were not in my car. I had to find them and then was told by your crew to put them back in myself.
If this was one off okay. But I arrived with a friend and they were left with a dirty vehicle after paying for the works plus.
SELL OUTS! I’ve been coming here for years!! They have gotten rid of the employees, trid the refrigerators, the intimacy and ambiance that was once raved in the local the newspaper. Its now a stagnant. Money making machine, like everything else. It was absolutely awful to see. Everything was replaced with chairs like a stale Bank of America. No more free toys for the children. There was no more free coffee because the coffee had run dry, and although there was a complimentary mechanical help yoursef machine, it, of course was unmanned and out of coffee in the 1st place. Which is WHY you keep employees!!! What a loss for our community, and yet here we are stagnant, with all these establishments to disintegrate and disappear. So heres technology taking over to save a buck. Better off at the csr wash down the street! Same service now!
I just left this place and paid $35 for this car wash only to find half of my car not vacuumed. The trunk was not touched as well. I used to come here all the time and they did such a great job but since the new ownership, I would avoid this place completely. save yourself the money,
long wait times and stress.
I am extremely disappointed with the service of my vehicle. I paid for the full service exterior/interior. My car is very dirty inside and out with wax marks all over the outside. I tipped 10 bucks with a total of 50. I can do a much better job myself. They took maybe 15-20 mins max to do my entire car and it sure reflects that. I’m not one to write reviews but this bothered me so much. I won’t be going back.
