a month agoI have the buddy’s best monthly wash package. I pay 34.99 per month and can wash my truck as many times as I want. Literally, 10 times a day if I wanted! I love this place. Vacuums are great and the wash is first rate. Staff is more attentive at the Northport location than at the McFarland Tuscaloosa location, but both are excellent. Highly recommend.2 months agoUpdate: Marc-1 support has still not responded. Be warned about their company culture.
Last Sunday I used this service and discovered as I exited the tunnel that my car’s plastic rocker panel had been ripped/knocked off while in the wash. The response from Marc-1’s claims team has been to repeatedly tell me that my car is “over 5 years old” and that that fact alone means that they won’t take any responsibility for the damage. Sad way to treat a regular customer for the last 4 years.
Please know that their signage specifically warns us all that cars “over 5 years old” enter at their own risk, so please be careful if you do choose to use this service and know what to expect if you attempt to file a claim with them.
Their staff onsite was professional and courteous about this, but I cannot say the same for the claims team.

I’ll edit this review in the morning to tell what happened. I ain’t got the time tonight9 months agoI must say I was visiting the Tuscaloosa area from out of town. The customer service I received at this location far exceeded my expectations. I had a customer complaint, keep in mind this was my first time visiting this establishment. I brought it to the attendant attention. Without hesitation he assured me that it would be handled. I must say he rectified the issue with wash I paid for and with my car. A1 customer service by far. Needless to say I’ll be visiting that location every time I visit the Tuscaloosa area.2 years agoPurchased the Ultimate Wash to clean off my car after a weekend visiting a place with sand and salt, and I am pleased with it. The free vacuums are the real winner, no need to waste your precious (in a coin shortage) quarters!

5 months agoI went to Reds car wash and I had an awesome experience and just wanted to share it! Taylor assisted me and was very helpful. I was trying to clean my dads 4 runner which is 2 years old and is basically brand new cause he never drives it and just had knee replacement surgery so I wanted his car to be clean . His white car had a bunch of mildew on it from him not driving it and Taylor was concerned with it. He even sprayed some special stuff on it and sent it through the car wash again and didn’t charge me. That lets me know that Reds cares about their consumers and the outcome in which their customers receive !2 years agoPhenominal experience at Reds Car Wash today. Was greeted by a professional looking, and customer oriented employee, and was into the car wash within 5 minutes. The carwash itself uses the latest in technology, and every nook and cranny gets cleaned. Once the car is through, there are many bays for you to pull into and Vaccuum your car. I also like the air gun that you can use and the windshield washing fluid gun. Overall great experience today and I highly recommend. For the next 10 days or so you can get a FREE car wash. And they are having a membership special.4 months agoThe car wash does not get my Jeep clean at all!!! They attendants used to spray it off before entering the wash. Not anymore. What good is a membership if I can’t use it!!

Very convenient for single mothers or women in general. It’s a all in one independent car wash. They have great vacuums with strong suction. If you pay $25 you can start a membership and wash at any location for up to 30 days.
First, the water in the pre wash bins was filthy and low, then the card readers were broken and it was down to one line, then the vacuum was down so I had to move to another bay. The car mat cleaner has been broken for over a month. The complimentary interior cleaners were empty, there were no cleaning cloths and I could hardly breathe for all the weed coming out of the vehicles there. This place is a disgrace.
Since Take 5 has taken over this car wash it has been plagued with problems and issues. I have two $39.00 memberships and neither of them have worked the entire time I’ve had them. The membership scanners have never worked and they always have to override the system to get you in taking extra time. Only one lane is ever working. Today I went and the scanner and the card reader were both broken. They were having to take peoples credit card back and forth inside to do the wash. After i finally got in the wash it broke down with me inside. Half of the vacuums were down for a month waiting on corporate to fix them. I hope they get their act together but I am not hopeful.
