What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Went twice this week and walked up to deli and no sandwiches are being made during lunch time, told me they start at 2:00pm then I go today at 7:00pm and they tell me they stop at 6:00pm . Both times it was 2 or more employees back there. Lazy and Horrible I guess they make they own schedule.

  2. First off EVERY business in Riverdale has gone to s#$@ as far as customer service! But this store has blown my mind! They are horrible, profile like no other, the manager is a joke, customer service is never open, my family has spent thousands of dollars a month for YEARS..50+ with Kroger and this store has made them lose what they should consider VERY valuable customers!

  3. This guy was so racist to me and judgmental while I was in product section just because I moved around some spinach bags
Then he started following us around what ever I was touching or passing by this guy was there after me so
Yes my baby is autistic so yes she is loud and so what still he needs to respect me and my baby.

This kroger used to be a great store used to be great customer service, every employee so helpful used to be like that nice and kind but most of all helpful and respectful
For what I see not any more
I feel sorry for that store now.

  4. Got to store at 10:50pm, granted they close at 11pm supposedly. The guy who’s getting the carts yells in my direction and says they are closed. I say it’s not 11pm, he says we close ten minutes beforehand. What a joke, change the hours to reflect that then, I’m sure it’s an excuse to try and leave a whole ten minutes sooner. I needed one item and would have been gone before the 11pm time. Management needs to get it together, this wouldn’t fly when I was a GM.

  5. A lady name Paige was fixing sandwich in the deli department on September 9, 2023 at 5:30pm. Paige made eye contact with me several times because she was counting how many people were in line. Their were 5 customers in front of me. I was standing in line for 30 minutes for her to tell me at 6pm. She didn’t see me in line so she not fixing me a sandwich . I explained to her that I was been standing in line since you fixed the Supervisor food when I first got in line at 5:30pm. Paige shrug her shoulders. Thats was so unprofessional. I was still standing in line because I wanted to speak to a manager. While I was standing right there, she was talking about me to other customers saying ” she can stand right there if she want, I not fixing her sandwich. The principal is don’t waste customers time. You should’ve told me that 30 minutes ago saying ” we no longer serving sandwiches, the lady in front of you is my last customer. I understand you want to get off work, but good customer services you should’ve fix my sandwich. Since I been standing in line for that long. Paige definitely need to be retrained. She definitey need to learn not to talk about customer to other customers in their face. I understand that she was ready to get off work but that was so wrong.
