The manager said this happens all the time!9 months agoI came down here even though it’s pretty far from home because there’s no “full service car washes” in my area. Only “detail shops” that are super expensive. So my car was in desperate need of a professional wash inside. I have 3 small shedding dogs so between their fur, dirt from our shoes and their paws, small rocks, leaves and mud, my car was pretty bad. For about $40 and an hour, the guys at Magic Touch car wash did a pretty decent job. So areas were missed between the driver seat and center counsel and under the floor mats up front. Overall…, I’ll be back and I would recommend them. But next time I’ll point out the areas I want them to focus on. Maybe that will help. If it does I’ll change my rating to 5 stars.a month agoJumped online to see what time they open and surprised by the negative comments for an approx. $40 carwash. If you want your car detailed, call a detail shop (prices start around $300). Magic Touch does exactly what their services say they do, an exterior wash/wax with the tunnel and then interior wipe down, vacuum and windows with hand towel finish. For an extra $1/ea, they’ll spray off your rubber mats. They get busy and sometimes you have to wait an hour ish. That is not their fault so many people come here and you have to wait. So when you aren’t able to or if you’re feeling too lazy to wash your car, this is a good place to come. You might have to wait but Bentley’s is across the street and the Dough Hook is right behind them so have a snack while you wait. Don’t forget to tip the guys, they work hard.a month agoAlways love to come over for best car wash , Nice looking waiting area .9 months agoMy husband went here recently to get our car detailed. However they did not do a good job. They took people (who came after us) before us. They rushed through the job and did not vacuum the car well at all. Whatever chemicals they used to clean our car discolored our car (see photo). My husband spoke to the manager and instead of being willing to give the money back (I know times are tough, but still) they offered to redo it. So instead of making it right they want to do another poor job.

The lanes are a little confusing and not signed well. I got “yelled” at twice by the crew for “not being in the right lane”…
I paid $100 for a hand wax and the “super interior”. The hand wax was really great and I’m happy with it. The interior, not so much. There was an older lady working in my car. They completely missed an interior window and the windshield is so streaky that I’ll have to take it somewhere else asap.
In fairness They did ask me to inspect it but it’s really awkward to QA their work without seeming picky so I wasn’t comfortable doing that.
I would recommend having your intake person do a quality check before your client takes possession.
Overall i got the exterior value (I think that should actually cost MORE) but the interior cleaning was at most a $39 value. Nothing more than what they used to do. Disappointing.3 weeks agoZero stars. Garbage quality work. Garbage quality service. I thought I’d give them another try after they broke my side mirror knob off without apology about 5 years ago. Paid $169 for wash, interior shampoo and detail. Waited almost 4 hours before finally walking home. Said they’d call when ready; never called. I could’ve done a better job in 20 minutes myself. Photos speak for themselves.Edit: full refund issued. Still, don’t waste your time or money here.

There are numerous spots still, aside from these pictures, that are still unclean, and this is AFTER I complained about the service as it was a lot worse. The manager went through to “re-fix” the mistakes, but obviously he didn’t fix much. I will not return to this location and do not recommend it to anyone! Save your money and go elsewhere with actual professionals.a month agoThis is a great car wash. They also do detailing. They made sure that my car was clean and dry before I left and for just the one wash it’s $15. I did leave them a gratuity because I think their job is kind of icky and I would want to be tipped for doing it myself.

Good wash for a fair price. Really like the lighting especially during the soaping. Always get “The Works” just because. Could use some improvement over the back end of my Xb, but it’s flat, so I understand.
Good place for a quick wash but if your car is in a real need of a wash then it’s better to go somewhere else or do yourself. Even a small build up of grime from winter driving the car wash will not get the back of the car clean unless you are lucky enough to get someone to pressure wash the back for you. I just paid for their #3 hoping to get the dirt off the back and it’s just as dirty as going in.
I paid $15 for a car wash and there’s still dirt on the back tailgate all over. Even the fingerprints from opening and closing my trunk are still very visible and not washed off at all. They don’t do any thing to get your car ready to go through the automatic wash. They don’t even presoak or do any prescrubbing like they do at other carwashes.This is not worth it at all, it’s just a waste of time and money.
Got my car clean and prices are comparable to where I usually go. The vacuum I used had so little suction it wouldn’t suck up a cellophane wrapper. It was a complete waste of a dollar.
great place to get your car washed and not have hard plastic beating against the car. there vacuum’s are very powerful also.
