But for the price for unlimited washes, it’s still well worth it.a year agoDid they do what I would call a professional job detailing my vehicle when I paid for the complete hand wash, hand wax, super clean, carpet shampoo, and leather conditioning? No,I have to say they did not. I mean just look at the pictures. there’s still plenty of bug marks on the front bumper, a ton of tar that wasn’t even attempted to be removed on the back fender, there are way way too many places on the vehicle that still have wax that hasn’t been wiped off which I now have to wipe off myself. The chrome wheels were not properly cleaned as shown in my pics. The white that you see in the pictures is the wax that they didn’t wipe off because they didn’t take the time to actually get next to any crevices that would be any harder than just wiping your hand over it. Basically what I’m saying is that if it required effort on the exterior of the vehicle they did not clean that part. Is my car cleaner than it was when I took it there, yes. That’s about all I can say. Leaving one star because I am now buying my own products to wash it MYSELF BY HAND WITH SOME ACTUAL EFFORT.3 months agoOne of the best businesses in Pearland. Very good customer service. Love the spaciousness and super friendly staff. If wash is not perfect the first time, they do it for free the next. Just have to ask. The prime the washes as well before you enter. Very affordable. Free vacuum service and lots of them available. My go to place for car wash. Slowest express car wash. Multiple times that it took me at least 30minutes to have my car wash. Equipment failure has become a regular issue. Moreover, uneven car wash, soaking wet finish and more. Better go to Mister Car wash.2 weeks agoI had no issues with this place or service until I decided to end my membership. I called to request a cancellation mid January, as I was going to be living out of state. That was easy enough and I didn’t think about it anymore. Fast forward to the end of June and I noticed that my Credit Card had a new charge on it even though I had just paid it off. To my surprise the charge was for IShine! I called to tell them that they were still charging me even though I had cancelled. The manager I spoke with confirmed that I had not used the car wash, and informed me that the payment for June would still go through. She stated she would have to talk to the GM as they could not give me a refund without having the physical card. After 2 weeks and numerous phone calls by me to get updates on my refund I am still out $150. Every time I call to speak to the manager i’m told “they are working on it, and it will be another couple of days.” Honestly i’m so tired of dealing with this. Im about ready to file fraud on the charges with the bank and make a report to the BBB (Better Business Bureau).

a week agoGreat car wash. The workers give you a nice towel dry at the end. Free vacuum (button operated). 10/10 recommenda week agoI like the car wash and the workers are very kind never had a problem with the ones that work on the car. But had a problem about my pay in the machine owned me $10. ask the supervisor concerning it. he informed me he was going to check his cash register and make sure everything is clear. Get back with me. the manager at the time which is still there never did get back with me. I had to contact him and of course he was nonchalant about the situation. ask to speak to the owner the owner never did respond back to me spoke. Finally got to speak with him him on yesterday and he was very nonchalant about the situation. You know like speaking in the air over and over the same things like you know you don’t get nowhere with those kind of people mindset. even though it happened almost a year ago . I know he was familiar with the situation . Did not want to complete my survey on this until. I see his stand on the matter . It’s like he kept putting it back on me. Like did you show him the receipt, did you tell the manager, is that’s him ,the guy have a mask like all of his face. I’m like sir it could be him .I can see his face. is he’s the same manager from last year. He was and the owner know he was .That’s the kind of foolishness of mindset the the owner have.1 the owner never did say well let me resolve it in this matter or that. Their favorite word I’m sorry. I made it very clear to him if people work to hard for their money and $10 as a whole lot to dismiss.a month agoThe machine that goes from front to top to back seem like it’s on its last leg. The way it hit my car with such force I really had to get out to see if there were dents. I don’t think I would return, the hand drying is nice. The vacuum doesn’t have much suction, those seem to be on last leg too. I drove out my way to try this place and was left disappointed. Literally drive past 4 car washes because I had been wanting to try this place. The actual wash was over before it begun, I was surprised I was in and out the wash portion in less than 45secs no lie3 weeks agoThis is one of my favorite car wash centers. Prices are very competitive. I always tip the young men working there. They are friendly and work hard in the heat.9 months agoWould not recommend. My vehicle is still very Dirty in many areas, the tailgate wasn’t touched and paid extra for tire wash the tires weren’t incomplete. Very disappointed.

This is now the third time I’ve been to this car wash and paid for the premium wash to get not even 75% of what I paid for. The inside not wiped down. Water spots all on the outside. No scent. Well that’s the last time.
I took my car to get wash and detailed and it came out Scratched up. I just bought this car. So fair warning. To avoid headaches of your car being damaged. Get hand washed.
Not what I would expect for +$100.
I purchased a full interior service that included seat washing and floor conditioning. They left pools of water under each of my seats and didn’t bother to wipe off beaded water. My floors were still dirty and they left towels on my windshield.
If you’re looking for attention to detail, don’t come here.
I’ve been coming here for over two years. They’ve always done a pretty good job and staff is friendly. I always requested ocean wash until this year when we bought a new car. The car came with upgraded muddy buddy floor mats. I started requesting the blue ocean so that the floor mats would be taken out and washed out, as I had seen done with other cars. Every time I pull in I ask the attendant if the blue ocean comes with the floor mat cleaning and they assure me it does. It’s a 50% chance when I walk up to my car when it’s complete, that the floor mats have been cleaned. I have even asked the employees doing the finishing touches at the end why they haven’t been washed and they explain that blue ocean doesn’t come with this. It seems as though there is a miscommunication somewhere in the chain on what features each package comes with. I have become frustrated over the past six months that there isn’t consistency in the washes.
Horrible customer service!
I paid for a 50 dollar service which was said to take approximately 1:30 hours . I said I would wait in the lobby and they would get me when it’s ready . I waited 2 hours then asked the front desk worker (who was knitting) if she had an estimate when my car would be done. She told me she had no paperwork on it yet and when it’s done she would let me know. I waited another hour and said , hey I need my car now it’s been 3 hours and I got to go . I took the liberty of going Back there to see what is going on. The two lady’s in the detail section couldn’t understand English, she got her boss and he said “oh this has been done for atleast an hour “!! Nobody told me and I’ve been inside and communicating with the service desk lady. She denied having anything ready and the manager denied he was in the wrong . I spent over three hours there for a 50 dollar car wash and no one apologized. The front desk lady tried to get me to pay again after I told her I already did ! I had to show the receipt I did pay.They just pointed fingers at me and the front desk. A big disappointment! The car did look excellent but no communication or customer service makes me never want to go back .
