2 weeks agoGreat car wash and simple to get in and out. The vacuums and cleaning towels make the finish work quick and easy. I would recommend the monthly pass if you go once per week, or more often like me.a month agoWas did a good job at cleaning the car. Chose the $20 wash and car looked good. Also cleaned the wheels well and where shiny. Only disappointment was them not offering car fresheners as other washes do2 months agoDrove in with my truck that hasn’t been washed in months. 3 guys did the pre-wash with brushes and hose. Went through and came out to free to use drying/wiping cloths to do the detailing. No my truck wasn’t 100% spotless but I didn’t expect it to be… it’s a machine… not a detailer. The facility is well maintained and the service is great. Also purchased an air freshener for $1 from the vending machine.2 weeks agoThis company fails to tell it’s consumers that if it is lightly sprinkling the vacuums ,glass washing, and Mat cleaning stations will all be closed.
If I had known that those stations would have been closed, I would have chosen not to get my car washed in the light drizzle that was outside. When I spoke with the manager Tanner, he was not helpful and a bit rude. Will not be Returning! I asked for a pass to be able to come back at a later time to get my car vacuumed, but he had an attitude and said that the vacuums are free, so no.3 months agoAlways had good things to say about this place if there were soap left over they would send me thru to be rinsed great PR. Unfortunately the other day I went through and visually watched the attendant. Take the brush from my bumper to my hood face then Proceeds
to go to rear bumper then to tailgate. When I spoke to the manager Scott he told me that that was common practice. Come on practice to work from the bottom to the top I. I asked him how long hes been doing that hes proceeds to tell me 8 years. I don’t understand Now I will be contacting. 2 weeks agoSometimes the wash doesn’t work properly. I went today and it barely put any soap on my car, and I never got my ceramic coat wax. The top brush never works on my car. I see it going on other cars as i go through. I pay for the top service, which is $36 a month. Overall it is a great place for its value. I usually go 2 times a week.a month agoThe attendant at the gate was nice. The machine seemed to go a little faster then normal. But my issue was the vacuum. We went through 4 hoses before one worked or wasn’t so clogged.went too two stations before we found clean rags .and the attendant outside seemed to be having a bad day. Walking around not saying hi or any customer service. I understand it’s close to closing time but come on .
I hope the manager gets it together.5 months agoMy experience at caliber car wash was perfect!! My car looks and smells brand new again!! I’m very appreciative of Omaryon helping me figure out how to add my sister on to my monthly plan and if I ever wanted to cancel I can do that as well!! I also love the 2 new improved air freshners that he gave me! I don’t always have a spare in my car so that helps a whole lot!!2 months agoHonestly, this used to be my favorite car wash! Oh, how things have changed.. 1. They push out your car way too fast out out the wash so your vehicle isn’t all the way dry.
2. Nothing ever works! Either the vacuum has no suction, the pressured air thingy never blows or both.
I just left there and had to move 3 times to find a stall that had both working. I do like their membership, but if we’re paying for these services at least have working machines.5 months agoIt’s a good car wash. I have a Nissan Titan and it cleans my truck with ease. They always seem to have ample cleaning supplies and wash rags always available. I like the fact that it does have air freshener and spray bottles instead of a dispenser. The Vacuums are nice and strong and suck up a lot of dirt. The staff is nice and courteous.I do have one issue. This has always been a pet peeve of mine. The fact that the manger was walking around soliciting for a good review on google. That’s a red flag. First of all if your team is doing a good enough job you should not have to ask your customers to leave a review. Now I don’t know if it is him doing it personally or it’s his boss telling him to do it. That is one thing that makes me not want to take my business there. However I will continue to go there because of things I have mentioned above. But if they continue to bug me about a review I will stop going there.

Love the carwash and employees at every location are awesome.
My complaint comes because inevitably as a paying customer I have to sit and watch freeloaders just drive in and use the vacuum whenever they want. It drives me crazy because I pay for two cars for the monthly service and I’m basically subsidizing the theft of your services.
Today takes the cakes though. Guy pulls up in a dirty truck with a freaking Christmas tree in the bed.
I know you can’t police everyone but it’s disheartening to see.
This location never has towels available to use. This car wash usually leaves soap on the back of my suv so I need something to clean it off with. I also like to clean the interior of my car and windows but am unable without towels.
I really liked the place until it was time to cancel my Fast Pass Unlimited Plan. I sent an e-mail notifying them i want to cancel, never got any type of reply. At the beginning of the month I got charged again. I called, you can only leave a message. I tried e-mail AGAIN, still nothing.
Our car is always shiny and clean after each visit. The towels are stocked and the equipment always works.
Amazing car wash and excellent staff! As a first timer, one of the employees rushed over to help me out with the selection menu. I will happily come here again!
