Quality Vacuums, Towels to dry your car with, Compressed air for the hard to reach dust or dirt, Floor mat cleaner, and most important a great attitude from the employees and management at every location. They have been charging my credit card every month for a 30$ membership since. I have reached out in attempt to cancel a membership I never authorized or signed up for, yet I am getting charged. The LUV company representative has refused to give me a full refund. The lack of accountability and customer service is shocking.2 months agoI definitely recommend LUV carwash. I drove in, got a complete wash incl. Tire scrub and plenty of supplies and vacuum had a lot of pick up power. Car Wash is always good, the best part is definitely the vacuums and the free air fresheners! Purchasing the monthly plan is well worth it, especially if you wash your vehicle at least twice a month.

Going through the car wash, while I sat in the car, that machine did not wash my tires properly. There was dirt. Also the back of my car by the license plate was still dirty. This was about $30 after taxes (I got the “best” package)They provide free vacuums that work well. But the nozzle scratched my paint (there was signs that said be careful of this). And a few to borrow towel and spray for wiping down.
Workers came out to clean trash that was dropped from customers.
Overall it was not a bad first time experience for my SUV and I.
4 stars because the wash wasn’t done to my expectations. I also prefer a car wash where the vacuuming and wiping is done for you.
2 months agoMy one stop place to make my truck look clean and well kept. With the quickness they have it clean I hand dry. It vacuum it and clean the windows. After that all is well in my life and I thank Camel for helping my truck stay clean. I might add my wife’s Explorer loves this place too. Happy customer who visits weekly. Would recommend as a value for the price and courteous employees a bonus. Blessings Freddy2 months agoGreat car wash. All self service here besides courtesy windshield and bumper cleaning front and rear. Self service areas for bug scrubbing, vacuums, microfiber cloths, and a general cleaning solution, Matt cleaners, compressed air guns for blowing crevices. Unlimited monthly ceramic wash is only $43.99 if I remember correctly. Or $20 a wash. No brainer really. I’ll cancel the cable bill before I cancel this subscription.4 months agoNew owner no longer has $10 special before 10AM for Premium wash. Now $20. Not a good move to endure people to that brand. Will forsake “premium” for regular $10 Wash in future and make note of competitive car wash places.4 months agoThis is an amazing car wash. The only issue I have is zero fault with the business – if you have a membership scan/bar code and also have one for your community, you might have trouble getting the gate to open. I always have to “gently” honk my horn, and they very graciously let me through… I think they are beginning to recognize my car.
The car wash itself is amazing and clean. The staff are always friendly and willing to help.

I have been using Prime car wash for awhile now and to be honest I am very dissatisfied. I have the “best” membership they offer. It cost 70$ a month and is sounds like a great deal at the time you sign up. However it definitely feels like they rush you out when you come in with your membership. They always no matter what try to up sell you on everything. You can have a brand new car with ceramic coating and they will still try and up sell you. They are not bad if you are a clean person and only need them to clean the outside and vacuum. But today broke the camels back. I had some dust on my dash and doors I asked if they could get it they told me I needed to pay 20$ for them to wipe down my dash and doors. They used something to make it look shiny and very clearly missed a lot pictures included
I had a complete carwash done…I always have had a great experience however a couple of weeks ago Skylar was extremely rude and I have asked my partner to remove me from his yearly program. Many heard it and are aware-I spoke to girl manager there that day and she said nothing…I fully expected an apology…. unbelievable- I hate that I am leaving due to one person however this person represents the carwash and I don’t want to have anymore contact with her.
If I could give zero stars I would!! Paid $225 for full detail, waxing, and clay bar and walked a 1/4 of the car taking off bugs and debris with my finger. They didn’t even clean under the back wiper on my glass and refused to give a refund after having my car for 6 hours. Guy told me he wasn’t going to argue and not give me a refund and I disputed it with USAA my bank. These people are crooks and I highly suggest not using them.
The outside will look clean but the inside still be dirty. It will look like how it was before you brought it. 70.00 a month for just the outside to be clean is insane . So i like HIGHLY recommend going to the one thats on Beach Blvd . I hate going that far out my way but they do a fantastic job.
Great car wash. Friendly staff and they do a great job every time. I work construction and they keep my vehicle clean year round. Great value membership.
