Very poor car wash. Front grill not cleaned. Lubrication grease streaked hood, Lubrication grease? Really? Spots everywhere (poor drying) windows still dirty! Absolute waste of money. Had to go to another place to wash car. Horrible! Don’t waste your money!a month agoI have never been to this car wash before and wanted to like it. I just returned from a road trip and had a bunch of bug guts on my car. I went to the Take 5 Car Wash to get a good job of removing the bug guts and road dirt from my car after a long trip. I was initially thrilled by the buy 1 get 1 promo that they were running and planned to use the free wash at a later date. I was also thrilled about the, “If you aren’t satisfied with how clean your car is, go ahead and take a second wash” policy they have. However, the attendants before I entered the wash did not do a great job prescrubing my car so I had to go through again. I was advised to tell them to scrub harder and when I went through a second time, they still didn’t scrub that hard and it was like I hadn’t gotten a wash at all. There were so many bug guts still. For a $22 car wash, I’d expect a very clean car after two runs. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is that the payment attendant Cole very kindly helped me to get a refund (which I still need to hear from customer service from) and then Cole went over to personally scrub my car himself and sent me through a third time. My car is still not as clean as I’d like, but his efforts were above and beyond and should be noticed and rewarded by any superiors he has. I’d recommend this wash if you are getting a very basic wash for a not very dirty car.4 months agoI used this location for several years to wash my cars, as it’s really close. Really liked it when it was just built. Just recently, I took my subaru in. While going through the final drying phase in the car, I heard a weird noise. After driving out, it turned out one of the moldings on top of the car was gone. I came back to find it on the floor of the drying section. As I was looking at it, I also saw a fender on another car being bend by corner of the wheel cleaner mechanism as it was going into that.
It feels like the entire line needs multiple adjustments: one side of my car was not touched by the brushes, soap stayed on on the left front glass well into the drying section, drying section leaves the car mildly wet, but was too strong to blow out a molding.in the last weekI work with the City of Centennial and came into your location on Arapahoe Rd to get passes for some of our vehicles. Victoria provided me with exceptional customer service. She took the time to help me create a corporate account so that it would be easier to renew in the future. I hope you value her hard work and dedication as she is a great addition to your team.a month agoI have stopped and restarted my pass on multiple occasions because I don’t see the value of paying $40 a month when I can’t ever get my car washed because they’re either remodeling the entire bay during the middle of summer or they just have cones out in the lanes saying they’re closed even though people are vacuuming their cars just on the other side of the bay. I don’t know why I continue to fall for this monthly plan that is inconsistent to say the least. I will be canceling my subscription, and I will be asking for a refund for the month of June considering today (Sunday July 2nd @11:45am) will be my 3rd time in the past 30 days I have gone out of my way to drive tot he car wash only to find I can’t even enter the express lane. Which is a task in itself considering when you press one to speak to a store representative, it just hangs up before it even rings.I know this because I have resorted to calling beforehand to make sure I don’t waste my time and gas, but once again, not even a ring.

6 months agoAs others have said, this wash is mediocre. The cleaning side of it is ok, but far from great. But the final rinse and dryer do not work very well. Attached are photos of the mess that was left behind.in the last weekAll their equipment is top notch lol wasn’t to busy either..!!3 months agoI don’t know if they sold and got new Owners but this place has gone down fast just since end of 2022. It use to have the $6 automatic wash and it did great job.
Since January, they raised it to $9 and the total spin cycle was 1/2 what is use to be. Because of it, the wash didn’t even do anything and I had residual soap all over my car that didn’t get rinsed off.
I use to go weekly since it was $6 so spent about $24/month. Owner got greedy so now I spend $0 at this place.
2 months agoThis place is truly bad business. Expensive and damaging, not safe. Took my truck there a while back and the auto wash ripped off my front spoiler. The owner told me that I was full of it as that was “impossible”. OK, I guess I must have lied and my spoiler magically ended up on the ground of the wash bay. Perhaps I forgot that I ripped it off with my bare hands while going through an auto wash. Took my car there the other day and was blowing off the water using the blue air hose, which snapped off and fell on to my car scratching the hood. Didn’t even report it because I know the owner is going to accuse me of being a liar and using a metal brush to purposely scratch my hood. BTW, I know for a fact that you found the snapped off blue air hose laying in the middle of the wash bay. Do not recommend this place at all. Shady operation at best. BTW, signs everywhere stating “Not responsible for damage to your vehicle”. Imagine that! Zero Stars. Beware!a year agoWith me being from the south and far from home on a road trip this is an excellent idea of a car wash. It is coin and card operated only. Using your card know that you pay for a minimum of 3 minutes at (I think $1 a minute). On such road trips I carry a quick wash kit with me that helps keep hydrophobic properties on my truck. All I need from the car wash is the covered bay and the water. Discovering that this car wash has hot water and medium pressure was a great find! Any time I’m in Denver, I’ll use this wash!

This used to be my favorite car was because of the price and the convenience of how close it is to my house. Over the last few months it seems the care and maintenance at the Foxhill location has gone down hill. Every time I come here at least one of the automatic bays are broken. I am here right now and only 2 of the 3 automatic bays is “working”, but even the bay I am currently sitting in is not operating at full capacity. It was supposed to spray your wheels/underside of the vehicle when entering the bay and it did not. Unfortunately the self service bays here suffer as well. Usually one of the functions of the self service bay is out of service or an entire bay is always down. I was Autowash would put more effort into maintaining their facilities, because they are losing customers over it.
Update 03/10/2023
One self service bay closed and two automatic bays are inoperable, but only one is actually closed. This is a regular occurrence. Every time I come here there are multiple bays closed and I come here atleast once a week.

02/26/2023: I got up at 6am to beat the lines. Bay appeared to be working but when my wash started I realized none of the side sprayers were working. By the time my wash was over, the line for the last working bay was over 5 cars deep. I guess I’ll have to wash it myself at home.

Have had some form of a membership for almost 3 years at AutoWash. The Fox Hill location is very conveniently located… However the maintenance and upkeep on this location is truly horrible and cannot ever count on their equipment being operable.
Used to pay for a higher level membership but due to the many issues, we scaled back to the cheapest level membership.
We have loaded up the dogs and traveled over here several times, just to find out the dog wash is out of order.
Of the 3 automatic wash bays, there is generally 1-2 of them ‘Out Of Service’ on any given day making for very long wait times(3 times as long as necessary) regardless of the time of day. Often times the wait is just not feasible. Often the undercarriage wash as you enter the bays is also malfunctioning or not functioning at all leading to further inconsistencies in services provided.
This business charges a membership price and in turn agrees to provide a service for this membership fee. The business DOES NOT hold up their end of this transaction. Every time a customer shows up and they do not have the facilities available that we’re paying for, It would be honest for the company to offer a partial refund for the monthly fees that I am still being charged regardless of whether or not the facility was operable.
Must be how they remain profitable.. charge customers and then do not provide the service they pay for…
Appears to be a very poorly managed location and currently seeking another membership style wash that has a more reliable facility.
Would avoid this place!!

EDIT: I don’t see any value in calling the phone number received in the reply from Auto-Wash. If the company wanted to do right by their customers, they have all of my info via my monthly membership and full name. They can contact me.

Update update update update:
I have a lot of time to ponder these reviews as I’m sitting here in line right now (03/17/2023 at about 7am) for the one wash bay that’s open as the other two are out of service. The saga continues. There’s a lot of lip service from Autowash in these reviews, but if you check the reviews, most of the ones in the past 2 months have the same complaint, many people have reported the same issue that the wash bays are constantly out of service.
The company needs to upgrade or do whatever they need to do to improve the uptime, or send people out here to fix them in the middle of the night so that they’re working in the morning. I still email them every time in hopes that they will make some improvements.
Update:
I came back to rewrite my review because it’s gotten to the point in the past several months where most locations, but this one in particular, always have automatic wash bays out of service. I visit Autowash approximately weekly, and I can’t remember the last time all three bays were in service. Also, the bays that are in service often have issues. Sometimes they’re running out of soap, sometimes the sprayers are spraying wrong, or the water pressure is off, and once recently the undercarriage sprayer wasn’t working. One time several months ago, the bumper on the top part of the wash bumped the top of my car during the “contour dry”. Fortunately it was just scuffs that I could wipe off, but it definitely didn’t make me comfortable.
They just raised the membership price a few months ago, but it seems that the quality has been going down. I’m sure they’re tired of hearing from me because I email them every time I go and there are issues. I feel like I should be able to expect better though from a place that claims to offer a premium automatic wash service.
Overall, I would recommend the place for the quality, when it works, just expect to have difficulty actually getting your car wash.
2 out of 3 automatic bays are constantly out of service. Causing constant bottleneck. Used middle bay today. It malfunctioned, leaving me with just soap all over my vehicle. Attendant blamed me for not being on the sensor and had me go through again. Same thing happened except just a little more soap left and no rinse. Had to go to another car wash to get dried soap off my vehicle.
