That car wash ripped off my bumper and they refuse to even show me the video because they claim it was prior damage in which it was never ever damage before!! Corporate will hear about this abuse and ignorance of power!a week agoI actually like the new car wash selection, which is the Titanium wash, which adds an additional shine application, that came out surprisingly bright. Fridays and the weekend this place is packed. I suggest going during the weekdays M-Th. and kept like in new condition on the outside although some locations to a more miserable job of washing your vehicle than others.
I’m glad to say this one despite having somewhat of a difficult route to navigate getting in and out of the place does have maintained scrubbers and machines to dry your car vehicle as you exit out.

a week agoDO NOT GO HERE! Not only was the car not clean, they refused to give me a refund or rewash the car. It is really frustrating when businesses don’t do the right thing by the customer, its really not hard. Attached are photos of my car 5 minutes after their ULTIMATE wash.9 months agoStaff was friendly and quick. The wash itself, for some reason, left tiny dots on the windshield from the high powered blowers. I’m still giving 5 stars because of the vacuums. One vacuum on the left side was very powerful and finally got up some trapped pine needles in the car carpet that have been there for years. The right side vacuum wasn’t as powerful, but I didn’t need it so badly on that side. I think I’ll get one step above the cheapest option next time so the car doesn’t have little dots on the windshield I had to get off with the car’s built-in windshield wiper spray.5 months agoA little disappointed 😞 I got the highest level wash. When I pulled around to vacuum floors, I noticed a lot of areas where the brushes swept through the dirt on my SUV but didn’t really clean it. The customer service is great, but the vacuum suction is really bad. It barely has any suction. I had recently recommended this place to someone and now that I went, I feel quite embarrassed.. please bring the great vacuum suction back and I’d give it 5 stars.. I understand also that the prices has gone up, just like everything else.. but it’s unfair to bring up the price for a lower quality experience.9 months agoWish I could give zero stars ! Went for car wash and got flat tire through their system on their wash tracks. Claim submission was done on paper but there is no way to track it. Upon asking, no email, tracking number or customer support number was provided. Website simply didn’t load and all I can hear is, “Talk to my manager, I am supervisor with no visibility into claim process”.
I won’t recommend their services.

Such sick of a place. and staff at this car wash. Been here a couple of days ago and the car had sop stains all over the glass and body. Tried drawing talking to the staff and was asked to clean it myself with a so called fresh cloth… like seriously!!! I had no clue thts how car wash works… Hmmm… glad to have discovered that mate!
I had asked for another wash and was denied and upon insisting was they took down my details telling me they would call me back… Yeah and they did give me an imaginary phone call..
JUST AVOID THIS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DECENT CAR WASH.
We have an unlimited car wash on one of our cars and we are going to cancel it.
I would like to start saying that the gentleman at the customer service spot when you arrived to find out about which service you are going to use… is AMAZING!! He is a very well spoken young gentleman with lots of patience and explained every options that this company offer with lots of details! What a great way to start a morning shift! He was smiling and energetic!! Kuddos to him and the rest of the team.

It’s not a bad experience. It was really fast and there was a large line. Only downside, there were still dirty parts on the car after running through the wash. If you want more detail, do it yourself by hand. I did touch up cleaning once I got home. I took my vehicle there because I wanted a quick clean for trading it in. Very friendly staff.
The last couple of washes have not been good. My car has still been dirty after the fact so I’ve had to go back and wash my car by hand in my own.
And nobody answers the phones. I’ve been trying to call and cancel my membership for almost a week now and have left a message and callback number and never heard back.
If you’re getting a car wash just once it’s probably worth it, but definitely don’t get a membership here.
The wash does a good job, the vacuums always seem functional, and the employees are great. However, I don’t recommend getting any monthly pass. Their e-commerce site always appears to be down, so forget about making any changes or cancelation. It should not be a difficult thing to do. An easy customer experience should be paramount in business practices.
