The lady that drove my car out after the wash left my red car mat dirty bc of her wet shoes. I asked Jimbo if he could also wipe down the mat while he was wiping that side. He very politely said no problem. Once everything was done I cleaned some details and noticed my rims were still dirty, untouched. Given that I got a full service which included a rim sealant (which ofc should be put on clean rims), I asked an employee about my rims. After taking two steps towards my car, he realized they were dirty and told his co-worker he forgot about me. Not a problem. However, while the sealant was being put on I noticed huge scratches on the hood of my car. An employee noticed my concern and also became concerned. The owner was dismissive and uncaring.3 months agoMy first time visiting this wonderful business that has been here for 20+ years. I’m new around the area and was recommended this place multiple of times. I gave it a try & got a car wash. They did a fantastic job for only $30. Staff was detailed in completing the job and taking care of my car. A month after, I received a full detail service in the same business. Isaa was super helpful in walking through the whole process and expectations of the detail work, the rest of the staff was amazing as well. I highly recommend them! I’ve been to many car washes before and they never did a great job. All new modern equipment really makes a difference. Competitive prices and very friendly staff.

2 weeks agoVery nice place. If you are willing to put a little bit of effort on your own then this is the best place for car wash. You can get the entire car vacuumed for $2 bucks as it gives 5 minutes. And the vaccum is very powerful. And another $5 for exterior of the car. The water hose and soap are of decent quality. The token machine is right there so one don’t have to worry about change.2 months agoThis is a very good spot to clean your car, it’s self service but it’s cheap and easy to use…I haven’t seen one of these places in NJ until now, and you can find these type of car washes in Cali. I definitely recommend it to anyone2 months agoThe card machines charge me 10 dollar and it suppose to charge me only 5 dollars. The owner is a thief this is not the first time I use the debit card and I get stolen . Call them to complain the number is not working . Don’t be a douchbag!5 months agoThis Monday 1/30/23 I wanted to use the car wash machine 1 entrance from the token side, I put in 4 tokens and the machine didn’t work then I used my credit card and the car wash was only activated for 1/2 minute. I called the number in case of a problem but no one answered. Please let me know how I can get my money back.

Excellent place to wash your car. The prices are cheap, value added membership plans for unlimited washes, and the staff were friendly, efficient, and quick. They also have free vacuum cleaners to use. Best place to have your car regularly washed and keep clean. 👌
My recent experience with your staff was terrible. Your manager Wendylin, who was cursing at me because she refused to spray my car for the 2nd time because I had to go thru the car wash again because of the terrible job she did the 1st time. She threatened me when I confronted her again about providing the service I was requesting. Then she threatened to cancel my subscription like she had that power. I am a paying monthly subscription service member for over a year. The manager you have on staff is not only rude and aggressive but she is the same way with the staff. Which more than one person I spoke to on that same day agreed and apologized for her rude behavior. They even said they would do it but she didn’t let them take care of me. I want to speak to the owner of this place immediately.

I’ve been coming to this car wash since it’s opened and we never had any problems till i came on Sunday the 25th of June & we wanted to just vacuum our car. The manager turned off the vacuums and didn’t even tell us anything. He simply turned them off and said that we needed to wash our car. Mind you it’s raining out so he forced us to wash our car causing me to be late to my meeting. If he wanted to see if we were members he could have simply came and asked us for our membership ID. Second time that we have a problem with this manager , he lacks communication skills and comes off arrogant. And on top of that pretending to not speak Spanish when you can tell clearly that he’s South American. We have an automatic renewal and we are thinking of not renewing it. Thanks to this manager that doesn’t facilitate our experience.
Great looking wash. The process is a bit confusing; buying is somewhat easy when you have one of the workers there. After the wash is the trickier part, if there was someone to direct where you need to go depending on what wash tier you purchased would help nicely.
