2 months agoMaybe I did something wrong? Rinse, soap, spot free rinse, wax rinse. And my car comes out looking worse than when I started…5 months agoI use this car wash once in a while. It is more expensive than the others I frequent, by at least a few dollars per wash.
Just visited tonight and found that all of the credit card readers were taped over and not operational. I watched half a dozen cars drive off after realizing the same thing.
I ended up scrounging $12 cash from my vehicle to get quarters. After putting the $4 in to start the wash the timer started counting down before I could put in the rest of the money. So I lost the first bit of time on the wash, which I ended up needing, because I didn’t have any more cash. So I hurried to get the whole vehicle washed and rinsed in time.
The foam gun was slow to dispense and was blowing air half the time. It made that part of the wash twice as long as it should have been. The pressure was fine on the main wash/rinse gun.
I don’t know what’s up with the coin only operation, I’m assuming the whole system is getting replaced or fixed. Either way, it’s a deal breaker for a lot of people. Luckily I had some cash, or I would have left too. Dollar coins would help speed up the time to insert coins and not cut into the wash time. Oh well, I’ll just avoid this car wash for a while.

To the owner who responded. Thanks for the quick response. I figured it was something like that. No hard feelings or need to make it right. It’s a carwash, and things happen. The card reader was fixed fast. Went there today and had an overall positive experience. The owner even responded to my text about whether the card readers were fixed.2 months agoPretty decent little wash station. Minus 1-Star because sometime the machines are down and it’s taken my money before. Location is excellent as it’s really the only one around this area. Can get super congested around the summer time with jeeps washing mud off and locals using the vacuums.a month agoMy car was filthy from mountain weekend. Update 2021: the facilities have been improved yet again! New soap options, new soap brushes, not to mention the spot free medium pressure rinse…. I could continue, but you get it. A+++

3 weeks agoI got my car detailed and washed here a couple days ago —— Erickson and his colleague did an amazing job. From the work, to the communication, I couldn’t be happier.
There was actually something that was a tiny bit off after and Erickson responded immediately to fix it and went above and beyond. I was deeply impressed by the work, care, as well as the integrity of Erickson!
This place and Erickson are so fantastic. Definitely would recommend bringing your car here!
3 weeks agoI had car issues the evening before my morning appt at Eco Wash Boulder. The staff were very understanding and flexible with me moving the appt to the afternoon, and I really appreciated it given we were travelling elsewhere the next day. I ordered the Premium (in and out) package which took approx 2.5hrs. The car looked brand new again and the staff went above and beyond with the detailing. Will happily return, and I highly recommend to others!a month agoThese guys are hands down the best detailing shop in Boulder!The staff are incredibly nice, and their attention to detail is second to none. a month agoHighly highly highly recommend Boulder eco steam wash for your car detailing. The team is extremely friendly and passionate about their work. Mario will take really good care of you. They did a meticulous job on my Subaru Crosstrek, it literally feels like a brand new car. They were even able to get 99% of the dog hair that was embedded into the fabric in the trunk. I am sold, I will only be using Boulder eco steam for all my future car cleaning needs.2 months agoI loved the service from Eco Steam Wash Boulder! I gave this place the benefit of the doubt twice. My car was still dirty when I got back two times – I had to ask them to wipe down very obvious areas like the nose marks from my dog on the back window and dog hair on the captain seats, finger prints on my screen, dust on my console, and even TRASH in the door! Not sure how they missed it. They seem to be just trying to churn out cars quickly and don’t spend any quality time on the car – which is frustrating because they are overly priced. It stinks because it’s a great concept and the inside is great and I love the coffee shop, but just seems that they don’t care much about quality car washing.

BTW after driving home, I took a hot rag …just water… to my dashboard and cleaned it in less than 5 minutes.
I can’t believe I spent $19 on the worst car wash I’ve ever had.
I am never going back.
I’ll start by saying the inside of the shop is adorable. They have great gifts and goodies, it’s VERY Boulder. I ordered a coffee and worked from the shop while they express detailed my car. They said it would take one hour.
Fast forward 2.5 hours later, I was left VERY underwhelmed and disappointed. I paid $120 (including gratuity) for what was advertised as a full auto detail. However, I feel what I got what a basic exterior wash and interior Vaccuum and wipe down. There was lots of areas left dirty and I felt it did not warrant being labeled as a “detail”. I would not pay $100 again for this service. If it was advertised as a exterior/interior wash for $40 I would. But this just wasn’t it.
***Also worth mentioning I have 2 car seats in the back seat so the work required to detail the back seat was very minimal and still it was left very dirty. I didn’t even have them touch the truck as I have two strollers and other large items back there. I feel for a detail job this should have been easy and quick.
Very prompt to arrange time and date. Kind and courteous but at the end of the day is the interior clean? Yes it is beautiful like a new car clean and meticulous. I am so happy with super clean. I went to Puddle over the years here and Shine does a better job. I noticed this from the first car wash. I did the detailed interior. Perfect
If I could give a negative star review, I would. You hand your keys over and they take your car through….Mine was returned 20 mins later with a broken windshield. Just know if you give your keys to these people they will not cover damage THEY cause to your car. So apparently they will literally break your windshield and refuse to cover it. Most expensive car wash EVER.
