a month agoI won’t use their services again. Paid extra for the wax treatment and the car is not waxy nor shiny. The car wash left a film of dirt and grime all over and didn’t clean any nooks and crannies. 3 hour drive from upstate NY and was really hoping to get a good wash to remove all the road grime and debris. Waste of my money! I’ll go back to the hand car washes or self service bays.a week agoIt’s ok-nothing special. If you are looking for a basic exterior car wash this might be the place. I have a platinum subscription and after taxes I’m billed around $40.51, which give me unlimited monthly washes. In reality I’m there 3-4 times a month. They don’t do interiors, but have free vacuums which non customers help themselves to so there are times I just drive off instead of waiting. The wash quality is iffy on the front end and rear trunk lid of my car and tho I’m supposed to get the tires armorall’d, there’s often an issue with this. With today none of the tires done. Communicating with these folks is pointless and at signup they didn’t have my information in the system even though I was billed already. Lastly they close due to “mechanical issues” and because this shop is elevated from the roadway you don’t know this until you drive on to the property.a year agoHad them at 5 stars but since then had to lower to 1 star, i don’t know what happened but they don’t have any air pressure in the air guns to dry our cars. Until they fixed it you’ll be left with a wet car.
When the air guns function properly, it’s a fantastic experience. But right now the air guns arent drying the car properly so they need to fix them.
9 months ago2 stars for price and convenience. The staff is friendly, the service is horrible. The wash itself doesn’t dry your vehicle at all and over the last 2 months there is always an issue with the wash whether it be all of the brushes not spinning or the soap doesn’t get sprayed onto the vehicle. I went through twice in 2 days to try and get my truck cleaned I finally had to go to a different wash to get my truck cleaned properly. Lastly after using this wash for a year you notice all of the scratches and marks it leaves on your clear coat.a week agoIt’s nice overall. Just some times some employees seems totally not interested in doing the job cuz it shows on their faces that they are doing it just for the sake of doing it. There is no passion or some kind of excitement on their faces while on this job. I have seen the latest signs that you have put which is a good thing bcuz paid members don’t get the bays to clean and these freebies wants to stay there forever. I don’t know how viable or affordable it is for you guys but you should keep it on timing that after certain minutes the vaccine and air on each bays stops so they ll leave automatically.

2 months agoI recently visited a local car wash with high hopes of getting my vehicle thoroughly cleaned and polished. Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment left much to be desired. From start to finish, it was clear that the car wash did a lackluster job that fell far below my expectations.
Firstly, the exterior wash left a lot to be desired. While the car’s surface appeared relatively clean at first glance, upon closer inspection, I noticed several areas that were clearly missed. There were still noticeable dirt spots, particularly around the wheels and lower body panels. Additionally, there were streaks and watermarks left behind, which was disappointing considering I specifically requested a thorough drying process.
The interior cleaning was equally underwhelming. The vacuuming was rushed and inconsistent, with evident areas that were overlooked. Dust and debris were left in the corners and crevices, and the upholstery didn’t appear to have been adequately cleaned or freshened. The dashboard and door panels still had visible smudges and fingerprints, which made me question the attention to detail and effort put into the service.
Moreover, the promised polishing was a major letdown. The car’s paintwork lacked the shine and luster I expected from a professional car wash. It appeared dull and lacked the smooth finish that should accompany a polishing service. It seemed as if they applied the polish hastily, without taking the time to ensure an even and thorough application.
Overall, my experience at this car wash was extremely disappointing. The lackluster job on both the exterior and interior, coupled with subpar polishing and indifferent customer service, left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. I had higher expectations for the price I paid, and unfortunately, this establishment failed to meet even the basic standards of a car wash service. I know him, he’s our fix guy, he recommended us. We travel all the way from Jersey city, Grand St, where we live, to get ripped off. NEVER AGAIN. Me & my neighbor’s were all talking about it. Exterior is suppose to be 8 but there charging 12 & 13. They did it to 14 people I know. It’s the 1st guy, & the Cashier. Fire Them! There Stealing from u. Profiting $5, pocketing it.

Yea, definitely NOT worth $37! The package is supposed to be the most detailed and it literally took them 15 min to do the outside and inside of my car. I had to ask the dude if they even vacuumed the inside of my car! Dashboard left dirty and my rubber mats never got power washed. Had to come back and speak to owner. Find someplace else, don’t waste your money.
This place is terrible, they use dirty greasy rags and they use them to clean your windows , and when you ask them to go over them with a clean rag they leave the windows on my brand new truck streaky . Bad service too rushed , staff very unprofessional. Don’t waste your money here.
You mine as well just wash your own car or go somewhere else. Whatever you do don’t come here for a car wash. I gave them a chance on 2 separate occasions. I came during the week and once on a weekend, doesn’t matter it’s the same result every time.
