a week agoThis store has really turned itself around and improved a lot. I snapped a picture of two items I purchased today.(Old Review) The Randleman Rd store is okay. The last time I was in here, it was a disaster.
2 years agoUpdate: They have now updated the stock for mother’s day celebration. The store itself was looking so nice with all those balloons n decorations. This time I found almost everything I wanted like storage boxes, car dancing figure, crafts, new pattern mugs including hot water color changing mug.Old review: It was okay place, didn’t find many new deals like the ones posted on their Instagram page. Could be either because the stock wasn’t there or it got sold out. Anyway I didn’t get what I wanted. But giving 3 stars because staff was good.
5 months agoCashier’s are always rude and make inappropriate comments about your purchases. More of making fun of black customers. This store also profiles black customers and follow black customers around the store, employees make false accusations on black customers and make false reporting on customers, and they rush black customers out of the store. The only Dollar Trees in this town are good is the one on Summit Avenue and West Wendover locations. I don’t recommend shopping at this one for the reasons listed above. I also caught the Hispanic manager & white manager rolling his eyes at black customers. Sooo unprofessional. The cashiers don’t give black customers their change back they keep your change over in this location. Corporate headquarters needs to heavily monitor the employees who work here. Because employees are doing a lot of illegal activities against black shoppers that violate their civil rights, human rights and dollar tree store policies and procedures. Stores shelves are always empty or out of everything. Things are opened and resold, and cashier complain openly to customers that “I don’t have no change. ” That is not the customers fault or responsibility. That is the Dollar Tree stores responsibility and problem. Customers should never be exposed to that either. Unprofessional as well. Fire those workers and hire a new set of workers/management that are professional, don’t discriminate, and have excellent customer service. This store is a joke compared to other Dollar Tree stores in the town. Take your money and shop at the other ones. So much better and you can shop in peace of mind.3 months agoThe checkout line was moving slowly and extended to the back of the store due to the limited number of registers available. The two self-checkouts were not accepting customers’ cards, which led to banks blocking transactions. This resulted in an unpleasant experience.2 months agoThe staff in the store was very polite and didn’t follow me around.

a year agoI came around 3:40pm on Monday afternoon to get one thing. There was a man outside selling cologne/scents, which I declined. He was polite and wasn’t overbearing.While browsing the store, the aisle with the coloring books was very disheveled. I also heard someone having an interview or at least discussing availability. Shouldn’t this be a private conversation and not one where customers can hear it?
The Candy and snack aisle, frozen foods, paper products, and several other areas had visible missing items. I’m not sure if they needed to restock or did they just not have the products at the moment. I ultimately didn’t find what I was looking for, which was no biggie. I just like to check dollar tree first before I overspent at another store. This store use to be one of the best as far as product offering. Like I said, I’m not sure if it’s staffing or simply lack of product availability.
2 months agoTERRIBLE LOCATION AND TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES. Impolite cashiers, there’s a huge huge line and these people refuse to even open one more lane. They had another person on the other one but when they saw the line getting bigger, they literally closed it. Forcing all 20 of us to stand here in one line. Then finally this fat lady opens another and immediately leaves the register. Stupid incompetent people working here.5 months agoNew staff is always helpful. Store shelves are fully stocked and organized. I shop here weekly and always able to find what I need for my DIY supplies and home supplies.4 months agoNice store with friendly people. Quick in and out. I like to get snacks there.5 years agoThis DT location is well stocked and clean! It has the refrigerator edibles, bread, tons of snacks, and general household items. Lines are very long on the weekends, but moves quickly. I visit for specific items that other DT don’t have in stock.

This is a large Dollar tree. They had a decent selection, as Dollar Trees in smaller towns do not. This store is in a shopping center that seemed steadily busy on a Saturday. It was difficult to navigate but only because of the amount of people and children. I prefer my small town stores versus the big city ones. Also a result of the amount of people was the lines, but the cashier’s ceemed sufficient and it actually didn’t take very long to make it through the line. They already have Halloween stuff out if you are already looking.
I didn’t know that this is a Dollar Tree Plus! This is my first time seeing this, so I had to take pictures lol.
Great, not busy this morning I think due to daylight savings, lol. Well stocked and found a gem.
This dollar tree has an amazing inventory! We always find what we are looking for and the staff is friendly. If you are shopping at this store, make sure you have a decent amount of time to spend in the store as they typically only have one cashier at a time so wait times to check out are extremely long and lines reach well into the aisles unfortunately.
Always able to find what I need. And I don’t have to worry about price. Best place to get gift bags
