  Recently had a consultation with Craig regarding indoor air quality & testing (specifically with formaldehyde) with a unit within a house.

  Craig is definitely an expert in this field and his practical recommendations and observations were greatly appreciated. I enjoyed talking with him and learned a lot of great tips and remedies to improve air quality and ventilation in the home.

  Mr. Natural is awesome. He’s super knowledgeable and helpful.

  I’m an engineer and I had a lot of apprehension about hiring a mould expert. I was worried that the expert would find more problems or somehow exaggerate the severity of the problem. I was worried about all the aspects of mould and mould abatement that were poorly understood and where there were conflicting opinions on the internet.

  He inspected our home and found mould that we didn’t know was there. He pin pointed the sources of the moisture and came up with many great suggestions about how we can not only stop the moisture (and thus stop the mould) but also improve our home overall for energy efficiencies. He generated a very helpful report that helped me really understand the extent of the problem without using scare tactics or exaggerating the dangers. I highly recommend Mr. Natural.

  I cannot express enough my appreciation for Craig and all the work that he has done for my family. He is undoubtedly an expert in his field and takes the time to discuss and explain the work, the cause and effects of mold, and can go into as much detail on any topic as much as you want. I would recommend Craig to anyone who is struggling with mold to help find a way to diagnose and then address the problem. He is able to quickly and effectively confirm or dispel any internet “facts” and focus on the real issues and how to deal with them.

Brian from ABM came in did his walk through, testing and sampling in an efficient and timely manner. We received a detailed report of his findings a few days later and ABM recommendations on how to fix our situation.

  After discovering a mould problem in my attic, I contacted Brian, and he got back to me that evening. He was able to come to my house the next day, completed a detailed diagnostic report with photos, and quoted a fair price to remediate. He is personable and took his time discussing our situation. Brian came the very next day to complete the remediation, and did an excellent job, while we were all home. He also left our home clean. I would highly recommend him to any home owner with a mould problem.

  I want to both thank and endorse Brian at ABM for his fair and trust worthy assessment of my concerns about mold via their free phone consult as offered on their website. I contacted them just prior to giving birth and bringing home my twins to a new rental home after selling ours. From the moment we moved in I had awful respiratory issues and I was terrified the charming but older home had hidden mold — especially when I found suspicious looking discolouration in a certain part of the home and my mama bear hormones went crazy with alarm. He was happy to hear me out and evaluate a handful of photographs I sent via email. Alternatively, my husband was very concerned that a company like his would prioritize making a sale of their investigation services and was not keen for my anxieties to search professional help he did not think was necessary. However Brian was quick to instead alleviate my immediate fears and assure me that his pro opinion was that it was a very low-risk and likelihood that the questionable images I sent him were related to mold. (With the disclaimer that of course without an official inspection there was no guarantee.) I was able to move past my anxieties thanks to this relatively quick email conversation with Brian and low and behold all my respiratory issues cleared up within days of giving birth after a month of debilitating symptoms! (Pregnancy is weird!!) I recommend contacting this company if you want an honest company who puts clients first and not sales. Thanks again, Brian.
