a year agoIf u go in this store you will see 4 to 5 cashiers boxes but when u about to go pay get ready for the 20 minutes wait line. Because they ALWAYS have only ONE box open. And all the Corona waiting on the huge lines. Plus u can’t shop on the hall where the line is form. Unless u don’t mind having to bump be face to face with plpl who are in line. I know all dollar trees are pack. But this located next the the bridge to Mexico so we have ppl from here and Mexico shopping there so imagen all the commotion in there oh BUT ONLY ONE CASHIER OPEN. ALWAYS!!!!!!! NO EXPECTATIONS….a year agoSad to see it is NO longer a $1. It’s a $1.25 now. Claim due to giving employees as pay increase. REALLY!!@ You only have have tending the register. ????????♀️ Will start shopping at Dollar General from now on.a year agoIt’s overall a good store personally I always find what I’m looking for you can find good quality stuff such as hygiene products facial products and hair products etc….5 years ago1st they kept announcing that the store was closing so they were going to close the cash registars so you had to rush and go pay already. That I know of yes they are allowed to announce it but they have to wait until everyone has left the store to closed. Then I was already paying for my stuff and I asked the cashier to charge me some spoons and that after I paid for them I’d go for them in the store. Well she said “You have to bring the item so I can charge it.” How is that if everything in Dollar Tree is a $1 so why could she just not have added a dollar. I didnt grab the item at first since they said they were already closing the registars so my concern as any other customer was to get the the front to pay first. And the staff is not all friendly or provides good customer service. Employees need to work on their customer service.2 years agoGood place to shop, clean, and nice people help you out if u have any questions. Love it for house decorations and stuff for my kids school

7 months agoMy favorite dollar tree because it’s right around the corner. Friendly staff and clean work place. Love shopping here.a year agoFair variety of items that one can get plus with every other week new items get fed or dropped from stock it makes it feel like it’s a grab it before it’s gone. In addition, the seem to be adding self check out machines to the store so that’s a great plus.Apple Pay works here.

I’m very pleased with customer service they have, always willing to help me.9 months agoIt is great …you can find everything there… now that’s 1.25 they have better things…5 years agoGreat atmosphere and very good employees. Was a bit crowded, but it didn’t take away from the time I spent there. Many items to choose from. Overall, an amazing, spectacular experience. I would give them five stars, but they didn’t have any Sponge Bob valentines cards so I had to settle for minion ones. Disappointed with this.

Everytime I go the associates seem in a bad mood , tired, or annoyed. I know this company don’t pay much but if they not happy with that job need to let it go asap and let others that really need the job work. They need a lot of training on how to treat customers.
So much more variety than several others I’ve been to. Aside from some popular items at low stock this store is superb, especially if you manage to show up when it’s just been re-stocked.
I don’t think this store on San Bernardo Ave or the one on Clark deserves any honors at all other then possiblely only by name Those Stores are a Mess !! Smells horrible!! Nothing ever in order !! Boxes piled up at danger point No one ever knows nothing about things there in Gaga world !!, Mexican Music very loud!! You come out from the store dizzy !! and a headache!! Tons of
people yelling/kids screaming completely out of Control it’s Nuts !! The Managers !! Have and treat you with nasty Attitude’s !!! Then you see them in a Circle talking about their Personal Lifes and always in Back Area just Standing, Male and Female Staff very Unprofessional !!! never Supplies are on shelf’s No Drinks in Fridge from too Hot to Nothing , Supply goes from Top to Bottom by Code by Color not from Left to Right …???? where’s the District Manager ???? on all of this !! Never any shopping carts ????never around cause there used by the store!! The bathroom always dirty stinky and never have

This dollar tree always seems to be full because eif the location. Things are always a mess and not on the correct aisles. The employees try their best to organize but of course, people will be people and things seem off. Also, my biggest complaint is they seem to only have 1 or 2 cash registers open when the stir eis packed,thus, forming the long lines and having to wait. Also, not Sur eif it’s beed due to covid, helium is never present at times. Their stock on helium is low. I say this after visiting a few times and not just today. It’s ok but better to go real early in the day.
Cashier Mary claimed her register was closed yet took 4 other customers after she said register was closed and was rude about telling only me but not the other customers
