- Reviews:I had an unresolved service issue, with my previous carrier, I had been dealing with no resolve for over a week. I decided that that moving cell service to a reliable carrier was now required and the New Garden Verizon Retailer staff was fantastic. Corey helped me with a plan Verizon is currently offering that was much better than I ever expected. Being a small business owner, keeping my phone number was important. I was not getting anywhere with my old carrier releasing my service in order to keep that number. Justin at Verizon was amazing dealing with this problem. He very calmly and professionally took charge of the extremely frustrating situation with multiple calls going at once. He kept reassuring me he would stay with it until I had the number for my business and he did. I now have great service with an affordable monthly cost and was able to keep my same phone number thanks to the impressive staff at this Verizon retailer.By Kimberly Connell (4 months ago)I went in today, uncertain about whether or not to get a new phone and asking about a trade-in. Jon gave me a clear explanation of my options without any pressure, and I made a decision. He brought over color options, case options and offered a screen protector with replacement warranty. It was sales at its best, with no pressure. After he walked me through the data transfer I discovered the new phone had a voicemail issue, the same one I’d been trying to get resolved on my old phone for 8 months! Since it was clearly a Verizon issue he used all his resources to find a remedy, finally calling Verizon corporate. Two service levels later the problem was solved – something all my visits to other locations and direct calls to Verizon had been unable to accomplish over most of a year. I went into this store to upgrade all my kids phone and was having some difficulties until Emily Hayes started helping me. She made sure that we were taken care of and that our upgrade went as smoothly as possible. She went above and beyond to help us and is still helping us with any issues that come up. She truly made me feel like I was part of the Verizon family!
Needed to transfer over my phone number to a new account and from the second we stepped in the store to when we got up to leave, Emily went above and beyond to ensure we sailed through the process with ease. She even went to the extent of calling customer service ON OUR BEHALF to handle the situation and was continuously advocating for us. This was the best customer experience we’ve had with a Verizon employee, EVER!
