a month agoStore manager very rudely refused to exchange an item because it was purchased at a different Dollar Tree store, saying I needed to go back to the original store and not use her store’s inventory unless I was purchasing the item again at her store. The lines were extremely long as well, this store is in need of new management!4 months agoThis is not the best store for specific items. They basically have overflow products they purchase from other retail stores. So they will not always have the specific products. 4 months agoTheir location is convenient but I get a little bummed because their stock is usually low. I went back 3 different times looking for candles and the shelf was empty. There’s another location a few miles up the road and they have more stock on hand, but the store is not in as good condition as this location…so it’s kind of a trade off. The service is non-existent. It’s literally just being rung out and no greeting. I’m not upset because I have come to expect that lol.7 months agoStore smelled like mold, floors were dirty, shelves were empty. This was my first visit to this location and it’s my last one. Cashier was very nice though.a year agoThis place did have a lot of cool things. They have a wide variety of arts and crafts stuff. But they should be called the $1.25 store now, because that’s how much everything is now. But at least they are cheaper then most of the 99 cents stores where things are like $4.99 or more. But that’s inflation for you. The customer service was pretty good as well.10 months agoI buy all of my craft supplies and getting cards here. I love to paint and they have great art supplies, too. The employees are always friendly to me.2 years agoSlim to excellent pickings at this location. I came here looking for a particular yarn (something that wasn’t available for a long time) that was all but gone. However, I’m quite happy with what was available. The craft, pet amd stationary selection is full of good buys. Friendly and helpful staff.

I love this place! So sad it has gone up to $1.25, but it doesn’t stop me from spending money there. I would like to encourage people to go and work at the Dollar Tree Stores! They need more cashiers!
Went to get balloons for Mothers Day! What a great deal 1.25 for a balloon. Great place for craft supplies too!
I had totally given up on shopping at this location 5645 Simmons due to the staff is so rude all the women loud and always complaining about their jobs and just speaking out loud about things a customer should never have to hear. So todayi had to run in a grab something and to my surprise they have a new employee his name is Tyrrell this young man greeted every customer and was very pleasant he made me smile when I didn’t want to. The entire store had a different vibe today was indeed a good day. Good job whomever hired him did good he’s exactly what the store needed a new face with a new attitude.
Clean professional staff however not all of them are. The ones in more affluent neighborhoods are better staffed and better kept. This particular one was
This Dollar Tree’s floors located on Simmons (North Las Vegas) are very dirty, visible stains and dirty on the floors though out the store. These floors need to be moped weekly if not daily.
