What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. The Sunnyvale Target has the worst customer service. When I had a question about how the refund of a returned item was calculated, I was asked to write to Target CEO directly. The store manager wrote his name on my receipt and refused to give me his email address. I was told that since he is the CEO, he does not have an email address. When I asked her name, she refused to give it to me.

The store is unorganized, items are in the wrong places, the sizes of the clothes are mixed and are on the wrong hanger. It seems no one is working there and the only two people at customer service was very angry.

  2. I hadn’t been to a target this BIG. It’s really neat compared to one I went by mtv, but still a little messy in some areas. I don’t blame the staff for the messiness, is hard when people don’t cooperate and leave a mess. The only thing is that I couldn’t find anyone when I was looking for a product, it would’ve been great if a staff could’ve helped me out, I would’ve been out of there in 10min.

  3. So I do love this Target and the new remodel to include a huge makeup section has been wonderful but they never have more than 2 checkout lanes open. The checkout lines are always so long, they’re running 20 deep on self checkout. The shopping process is always great but be prepared to wait a while to actually checkout and pay.

  4. This Target is very clean, super organized, has a ton of inventory and checkout is fast. They have the Disney at Target section, which is incredible! Snag these items while they have them in stock.

  5. The only store got scammed by gift card fraud.

I went to different places this Black Friday, including those areas less safe than Sunnyvale. But only this store I got fake cards and cannot get money back.

The front desk just saying no help. I insisted manager, the manager just said “don’t buy gift cards, they are all frauds”.

Hahah, what a helpful store. When I purchased the gift cards, three target employee were there with security camera. They just not looking at the stuff and let customer purchase things that are fake. I think not only gift card can have this issue but also all kinds of things that are small and easy to replace, with value of 25 or 50 dollars.

Really bad management and customer service. Don’t recommend. Careful with their stuff in store.
