What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. This is our local Kroger and we really love it. They have some good procedures in place that allow you to do self checkout much more efficiently and fast. They also have people there at the lines to help you check out. They always seem to be well stocked and one of the great things is that if you can talk to the manager and have them order things that you don’t see in stock. For example we asked to have it some brands of soup added and we were able to pick them up a week or two later. The store is kept clean and there are plenty of people to help you if you have any questions.

  2. The best thing about this store is their customer service. Every member of the staff that we have interacted with has been helpful ! They are always helpful.

What I like about this Kroger is that the laid out it’s very logical and the aisle categories are well marked And if you want sushi, they can even make it for you. Also if you want one specific cut of meat, they’ll do it for you too. How do you want your deli meat/cheese cut?

Her yo can find not just groceries but household items, medicines, toiletries, cleaning supplies, clothing, pharmacy and curbside service. I really recommend it.

  3. Closes at 11 but closes the 2 nd door and main entry at 8 every day. All the new security is insulting. The emploies I run into are nice though. You may have to pay employees more to keep the clients. They have 2 sets of 6 self checkouts but never bothe open. 21 people in line tonight in 6 self cookouts and only 2 traditional checkouts open.

  4. My first time shopping at this Kroger! I luckily found my way around just fine although I did ask for help a couple of times from friendly stockers. Everyone was very helpful. Food, esp veggies and fruit was fresh. I really liked the larger Kroger which is selling something household products and clothing not typically found in a grocery store.

  5. I love the wide parking spaces. Employees are great and the store is always clean. They have fresh food and lots to choose from. It is a bit expensive though.

This area going to $hi# just ad I leaving after I paid for my items. A person of color just walks out, not paying with a full basket of groceries. A older gentleman walked after them and took their pictures. NO ONE from Krogers did a thing. Its bad enough they only have 2 registers open and no one manning the courtesy booth when you need it. They need to get security cause this area is going to HELL……..

This isn’t a great Kroger. Many items on shelves are past date! (Seriously, check your dates when you buy here.) The prices shown are not what things ring up as. (The produce section is the worst for this.) They are bad about keeping things in stock – shelves will sit empty for weeks. And, as everyone else has mentioned, the carts here are pretty bad.

I don’t usually post negative reviews, but you guys need better training. Regardless of age, I’m always hovered over when I’m in the self checkout line. If you have an issue with theft at your location, assigning more than one person to watch the self checkout line would make better sense than allowing your associates to stand inches behind people whom they may find “suspicious”. This is a grocery store not Bergdorf Goodman. I’m not always going to walk into the grocery store with my business attire on, but I certainly never look “suspicious”. I had an associate try to take my, already paid for, bag of groceries out of my hand bc she saw that I was doing two separate transactions. My first issue was that I was typing in my personal phone number for my rewards points, but secondly, I didn’t ask for help. She saw that I paid and had a receipt. When I went to pay for the other few groceries (which were for someone else with their card) she practically snatched my bag out of my hand. It’s just uncomfortable, awkward and very classless to be dealt with like that in a grocery store. This is my first time writing a review because this is often my experience at this particular location. The snatching of my bag was my last straw; mainly because she scared me being that close to me unannounced.

This location has security, I don’t see the point. Security is always on their cell phone watching a movie. Security monitors are always OFF. I don’t see how they can do their job, which is to protect the people and assets of a company by keeping watch for any threats. HR or management lacks skills in hiring proper candidates for the position. SMH

Normally don’t do this. I try to deal with any issues best I can people are human, we mess up.

-Placed online order -Picked up online order -Got home, Apples were smashed, some type of liquid at the bottom of the bag. Smelt like vinegar (I didn’t order vinegar) Things happen. Washed the good ones threw the others away. Life goes on. – keep unloading. Get to cheese, mold all over. -At this point it’s time to call. Discuss “quality check” / address a store manger just to understand how things are picked. -Kept being put on hold, then switched over to someone who isn’t one of the store managers. Asked her what a manager is expecting from the pickers and how they do quality checks. She explained to me that they have a special hand held and they pick from the shelf and there is.” No way someone would pick a spoiled item or damaged item “ Explained to her what happens and asked to speak with a manager. She said” I can handle it and you have to return the items to get my money back. – went in person and asked to speak with a store manager. Called over the “red vest” same person I spoke over the phone. Asked for the store manager. She said “Ms Angie wasn’t at the store yet”

Apparently no manager is available. Strange. O well. If a store manager from here sees this. Run quality checks on you shelf or get with you online order pickers. Something is up. I would have taken a picture of the apples and liquid in the bag but I already threw it away while unloading before the cheese

🤔 no store manager available. Is Tippy still one of the District managers? Is that a normal thing for no store managers being available besides a CSR Red vest?

I’ve been coming here for many, many years and there is one specific person I ALWAYS run into and makes me feel like family. Her name is Tara. She knows me by name, we do share a name but that’s not why she makes my shopping trips memorable. She asks about my husband, children, nieces, sister, mother and Grandma by name. She knows our kids ages, and the last story I told her about them. She knows the grades they’re in and reminds me of how small they were when she first met them (infant stage). She is so quick to offer me or anyone for that matter assistance and will go out of her way to help us load up in the car if we have an abundance of bags. People like Tara make places outside of home have a good family vibe. We appreciate her and love seeing her!

Almost nothing in stock, I asked about stock. I had 2 managers basically ignored/didn’t care about customer needs and restocking dairy. (I needed milk for my kids) very disappointed in managers response. Wasn’t even busy in store. They seem more invested in their self interest rather than the store. Angie and richard do are NOT worth being managers. Will get in touch with corporate on top of this review.

This Kroger sucks and needs to close, since they refuse to hire or keep quality employees. No manager ever there. If they were, I seriously doubt they’d care enough to make a difference. Seems all quality workers moved to Towne Lake Kroger. This Kroger doesn’t stock their shelves, keeps rejects at the register for way too long instead of putting back in refrigeration. My son was the only one who would go above and beyond for customers and the reputation of the store. He quit when he was taken advantage of. Nobody there, except Tara, wants to work. It’s a nightmare every time I’ve done a curbside, or gone into the store. I only go in out of convenience, because our prescriptions are there. Otherwise, I’d take my business elsewhere. Walmart is a MUCH better choice for curbside. You at least get to choose substitutions that best match what you need, and rarely end up empty handed like this ridiculous place. Customer care over the phone is actually helpful at Walmart. Kroger’s a joke and behind the times technically on their online order website.
