  1. They always carry great clothing selections for all generations and occasions. Aside that, they stock a wide range of merchandise. The sales associates are also friendly and they provide excellent customer service. But some of their products are too pricey as compared to other stores. The store and parking lot are both handicap accessible.

  3. Kinda weirdly organized, the register queues are a little confusing. They’ve sort of closed their curbside pickup by covering the signs outside but they haven’t repainted the spaces so no one knows whether it’s ok to park there.

    The quality is fine, the store is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. They just need some help with the layout. They’re somewhere between having COVID protocols and dismantling them.

  4. Excellent selection at this location, and the customer service was fantastic. The clothing racks were neat and well organized, and both the fitting rooms and restrooms were clean.

  5. Kohl’s has such beautiful and good quality clothes and shoes. I didn’t shop for other items, so I can’t comment on them. Sales are very good. I also earned Kohl’s cash…it was a wonderful day. Would recommend
    Kohl’s to anyone.

    The Rocky Hill store was immaculate. Well organized . Pleasant associates were helpful as well. Loved visiting their Sephora store too. Certainly not as much inventory as a stand alone Sephora store, but had everything I needed.

    This Kohls is my favorite around. I love their clothing selection and we just got a small vaccum here for a decent price since it was on sale and we used our 20% off coupon. Tip: Do not buy anything at Kohls at full price. If the item you want isnt on sale right now, it will be within the next few weeks. Or at least use your coupons.

    Value was good. For me the store we were in was over crowded with items and racks, meaning walking through a section was almost claustrophobic. It is nearly impossible to push a cart through. The range of sizes and matching pieces was very limited, especially when you consider how crowded the floor space is. The staff at the registers were very helpful and pleasant.

    Every single time I’m here they are out of stock in whatever I’m looking for. Todays visit, every single quarter zip sweater was only available in small or medium. Whoever is stocking this store needs to do some homework. Also none of the items are in stock online either, why even bother.
