Worst customer service ever!!!!
Buying a bed for my baby, must be on purchase first then collect at the exit…
Payment at the computer at 6pm nothing until now 7.10 pm!!
We have been asking many times for updates and everytime we got a “my colleague is taking care of it”… for 40 min we been served the same joke!!
At the end my baby was crying and screaming so much that we decided to cancel the purchase and get a refund..
They said “sorry, the bed is far upstairs that’s why it’s taking time”!!! Everyone got their order except for the big ones like the bed we bought!!!
Very very disappointed we left with the mattress, without the bed.
We are upset and frustrated!!! And ok just get your refund and go , extremely bad customer experience
While IKEA in all other world is perfect and amazing experience, IKEA in France is just a scam. No helpful personnel, queues for 50 minutes. After payment 1.5 hours of waiting time for your purchase (bed). Bad and really not qualitative experience.
Friendly staff and has all kitchen, bedroom, office … appliances. The only problem is that it is a bit far and only accessible by bus
Madame Imane (cuisine) she is very kind and she helps me to complete my kitchen project. She explained me everything very clearly. Thank you very much again.
She’s the best.
Good but I was a little disappointed when I went to sell back my furniture. They told me (although it was perfect) that they had to consider it medium quality because I didn’t have the original packaging. 🤷♀️
