  1. Ross has always been my favorite, because it’s accessible and cheap. I stopped by to shop stuff for my new apartment. I got several different rugs and doormats and other stuff. The store was packed, and the staff were helping customers. The collection here was good, and the store was nicely organized.

  2. Do not recommend shopping here. There is literally 6 registers and 1 cashier while there are 4 associates on the floor walking around. I have one items and it’s taking forever to check out. No one is helping the only cashier check people out. It’s ridiculous and Ross needs to do a better job in hiring and paying peoplw wages for them to stick around and work…

  3. If i could give this store NO STARS I SURELY WOULD! The lines are so long, and when i say so long, you’d think you’re lined up to get into a concert type of long. Unless you have absolutely nothing to do, don’t waste your time. Oh there are 2 ringers, and others who i guess are stocking the floors, standing there putting S,M, L tags on hangers instead of actually helping ring and get the line down.

  4. My wife loves shopping at Ross, so I frequently find myself visiting. This particular Summer Avenue location is well-kept and offers a large selection, but does seem perpetually understaffed.

  5. Nothing spectacular, the store was a little messy. The women’s bathroom was horrible, one toilet didn’t flush, the other toilet barely flushed, and the third toilet was too disgusting to even enter the stall.

    Just another Ross in town. If you know about Ross, you know how it is. They are a chain store for cheap clothes, home products, shoes etc. Your experience may vary. If you are a high end shopper, you won’t like Ross. If you are tight on budgets, you may feel it good. If you can spend some time, you might find something worth. I love to spend time in the home section mostly, to pick a nice rug, or a door mat or kitchen/ bathroom stuff. I know people buy shoes or clothes too. You can find good item at a cheaper price. However, I felt this location a bit empty, as compared to other locations. Maybe it was a bad day when I visited.

    Wife loves Ross Dress for Less. Today we stopped at the one in Cordova. It is part of an outside mall. It was nice. Not to crowded when we shopped ( around 10:30). Store was mostly straight and neat. It was stocked pretty good. Christmas items are rolling in. Saw numerous gift ideas for Christmas. No employees approached or offered assistance. But the cashier was nice. Definitely will become part of our routine when we are in Cordova.

    Lines are incredibly long. One cashier and line is at the back of store. Plan on bringing your lunch because you will be here for an entire work shift. They should either hire more cashiers to work the registers or implement self checkout so that customers can help themselves out because this is not it. The lack of urgency from staff is shameful.

    The employees are absolutely LAZY!! Myself and 2 other customers put items to the side and walked out due to the employees talking amongst each other and the line was wrapping around the store. Not one of them tried to open another register or call for help but talked about how all of them were going to be off on Memorial Day. I will not spend my money there any more. If I could’ve gave them a zero that’s what it would’ve been.
