    My microphone stopped working where the caller couldn’t hear me. The rep at this store just said turn it off, which I had tried several times. Then he said I probably just need to get a new one. Didn’t even try to see if there was anything wrong. I brought it home and looked online for tips and cleaned out the mic myself and now it works.

    Customer service was great, till we got our first bill. Then it was worst experience, no help from store. I’d call and got excuses. But no answer. Final got a gem with customer service, which she explained everything and hopefully get ‘ credit’s in Dec!! They lie and are only out to sell you a phone, then don’t care if your bill is out of your price range. As a couple on a budget that made it clear what we could afford. Don’t go with Verizon, very shady company!!

    I work remotely while travelling so I went there to buy a Hotspot device with lots of data. I left less than 30 minutes later with my device and prepaid contract.     Wonderful service from the staff. They got us what we needed in a timely fashion while being friendly and professional. It was evident the staff was knowledgeable about their product and were able to navigate the companies processes with ease. They were understanding when we had to step out with our baby and were not pushy at all. We came back the same day and picked up where we left off without missing a beat. It was refreshing to have a kind human interaction in a customer service situation.
