  1. I went to the Verizon store at Marketplace Blvd first but they don’t do the prepaid.. 😞 bummer. But they said the main one on Caldwell Blvd does do the prepaid so I went there to connect one of my phones and Xavier helped me right away I didn’t have to wait in line or anything like the last place. His customer service was superb. Very courteous, personable and professional. I walked out with my working prepaid Verizon phone and for once I get service in the middle of nowhere yay!!

  2. I had to go in here three days in a row to get our issues fixed, but the guy who helped me the first two times was awesome! I think his name was Nico or something like that. The third time we went in the woman who helped us was kind of bi*chy and it seemed like she didn’t really want to help anyone and cut us off alot while we were trying to explain what was going on. We did notice a few other employees just kind of standing around chatting and laughing with each other instead of helping the line of waiting customers.

  3. There was a bit of a wait, but Niku helped my entire family upgrade our phones. Everyone walked away with exactly what we wanted and our monthly bill stayed the same!

  4. Use this store for new device purchases, not the authorized retailers that like to scam customers and sign them up for services that are not necessary.
    If you are told that you need insurance on a new device, request for the lowest tier insurance plan. They will automatically try to sign you up for the highest tier of insurance which is a waste of money and has a lot of useless features. They may tell you that there is only one option for insurance, but that is not true. Ask for a manager if they keep telling you this.
    Also, just buy your phone case and screen protector elsewhere: it is very expensive here for accessories.

    Jess the assistant manager was very professional, and helped me with what type of cell was the best for my needs. She showed me several phones with their features, and did not try to rush me on making a quick decision. She checked if there were any promotions. She found the perfect phone for me! Give me pricing, and check to see if I had the best Verizon plan for me and my husband. She was able to reduce it by $10 monthly. I would definitely recommend Victra Nampa N Marketplace Verizon store to purchase your new cell, or for any help you may need. The employees are all helpful and friendly. I’ve been a 20+ year customer of Verizon and they have always given me great service!! Thank you Jess for a great shopping experience!!

    I don’t typically write reviews, but I had an EXCELLENT experience with Eliza (I hope I’m spelling her name right!). I bought a phone at the other Verizon store and they weren’t super helpful. They also didn’t have the liquid screen protector so I went to this store. Eliza got me a screen protector, explained how to maintain my battery health, and activated my phone for me because yes, the other store didn’t do that. She was helpful, bubble and truly cared. Will 100% continue doing business at this Verizon store!

    I dropped my phone in the lake and needed a new one asap. Dillon was so helpful. I’m disappointed that no one has offered or mentioned the business plan to save me money. I’ve been w verizon and have had the same number for over 21 years. He explained how it worked and set me up. I was in and out in an hour w my new phone and plan.     Nicole was amazing! She had us a new phone, all data transferred, and out the door in about 30 minutes! The only thing should could do better, is slow down while explaining details! My father in law is in his 80’s and struggled to keep up with everything that was being said!!!

    Doors were locked 40 min prior to actual closing time. Had to call 1800 number to see if they could help instead. Customer service rep informed me that what I needed, had to be completed in store. Customer service rep called the store and had employee open the door so I would be able to get assistance. Once In the store, employee informed me he couldn’t help me and I would have to go to a corporate store. I left the store prior to closing, and yet he proceeded to lock the door behind me. It was clear that the other person in the back of the store, was more important than any Verizon Customer.
