1. There’s limited selection sold there compare to other locations in different states. You could find several items to purchase at very good prices at Marshalls at as low as 50% lower than other stores e.g. a motion-actived light selling at Home Depot for $12.99.

3. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience at this location. It just seemed messy and dirty, in the sense that the product itself was dirty. I went to the baby section to look for some last minute baby shower gifts for a friend and a lot of the packaging, was torn, dusty, and disorganized, like thrown on the shelf. The floors or messy and dirty, even though it hadn’t been rainy or snowy recently, the prices weren’t even that good.

4. I’ve always loved finding great bargains at Marshalls!! I’ve noticed since the last remodel at the Merriam location, the service also seems improved. I had an slightly damaged item I wanted and they happily discounted it for me. The wait times also seem less then before. All in all, great buys, much than retail were found & great service with a smile! Bonus: my daughter used the restroom, she said it was very clean and fully stocked.

5. Craig R., the ‘coordinator’ talked, laughed and sang while the line was 5 people and growing. He finally stopped long enough to call someone up, and for those reasons alone, he should not be in customer service. But that wasn’t the worst of Craig R. When he checked me out, he didn’t greet me, just started ringing my items, all the while talking about the weather in Las Vegas with the customer next to me and another employee. He didn’t speak to me at all except to tell me the amount, then give me the pitch for the credit card. I politely declined. He completed the transaction and handed me the receipt. He didn’t thank me, say goodbye, etc., etc. I was a retail store manager for two years, and I get it, but I really don’t expect much more than politeness. Just the bare minimum would have been enough for me. This should never be the norm of customer service anywhere, to anyone, for any reason.
