a year agoFirst time in the store, they have a LOT of good sales, for everybody. Even electronics. I found a color of shirts for work original price 55.00 I got it for 14.99 each. The people working in there are very friendly and helpful. When looking for the shirts I asked a young lady where the dress shirts be and she might only pointed where she actually walked me to it. Really friendly, there is plenty of parking spaces, handicap access and handicap parking. All and all it was a very good experience. Even when paying I’ve noticed that right when I came in there was a long line, the manager opened a couple of extra registries and the line moved very very fast. The cashier’s are GOOD and fast with a smile on their face. I will come back and bring my wife and kids shopping here. Thanks to the managers for the great training and employees.5 months agoNot one of the best stocked Ross location , but still have a great selection. Never seen it over crowded like others stores, and I love that they added the self check out lane. You can either pay with cash or card on them. Makes paying faster, since they always had an issue with not having enough registers open.2 months agoLike the store, not over packed racks. Found what I want in 10min. Check out, 😞 isn’t it faster to take my money and give change. There was a clerk at a register, but other clerks were trying to me self check out. Told them nicely no, yet wouldn’t let me use the clerk at the register. Left my items on the counter and walked out. I don’t want to work at Ross.7 months agoCleanest Ross I’ve been to! The selection of clothing wasn’t too good had Alotnof old looking clothing for juniors.4 months agoThe Outside of the store is always extremely filthy. Does anyone empty out the trash out the trash cans? This needs to be addressed. I’m not sure if Ross is responsible, but cmon at least keep your store entrance clean.

Ive been looking For Months for a mug for my brother and i finally found one here. I have literally left in frustration twice4 months agoIm Disappointed on the manager for this location as i went there to see what they had we bought a few things including a small couch before paying i asked if they could hold it they said no and i asked if they could hold it if i paid for it the cashier said yes i was gonna go drop the kids at home and come back not more than 15-20 min Then the other cashier told my daughter the MANAGER said they dont do holds and they will not be responsible (as ive been in the position if i had something to say i say it directly to the customer and i would have been fine doing a return ) the way he did it was so unprofessional like saying i can call Someone to come an take it and im not responsible i dont recommend this store and i hope corporate could handle the manager position with more understanding in what they have to do!4 months agoThe staff was friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The store was well-organized and clean, making it easy to find what I needed.

Awful customer service. I came in to make a simple return of an item and was told to go to the store I bought the item from. Ridiculous policy if you ask me. No other options were given to me but return it where I got it from which is in another state. It is not my fault that the cashier who rang me up rang it up wrong. Terrible would not come back ever. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Store seems very disorganized yet I’m sure it just looks that way. Prices are ok only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because from the moment I walked in there I was followed by overly helpful employees who were obviously thinking I was a shop lifter. Made me feel disrespected

This Ross had everything I set out to purchase and then some. Felt safe even there late at night. Will def return. Great kids sneakers. Awesome selection of baseball, football, and soccer cleats. Nike, Adidas, Puma, and Under armour.
Purchased the Adidas sneakers on clearance less than $30 bucks.
The store needs detailed cleaning. Windows look like they haven’t been cleaned in decades. Bathrooms are unsanitary. Staff friendly and helpful.
