  1. Came in to this store location, had a issue with my phone’s lock screen clock. Had the reps take a look. They were able to resolve the issue. I am very happy and will be back in case I need further help!

  2. This place is ridiculously slow.
    Been here a few times. Be prepared to wait an hour more if the sales guys have one customer in front of you. I understand they want to be personal with the customers…. But they talk way to much about their personal lives. their families, their vacations they didn’t take….never seen any Verizon store so slow as this one. I’ve been to few and this one three times…. I recommend not coming to this store….people always waiting in line for hours…..other stores in area have way faster service… These guys need adult supervision…. I now know, where they where born, how many brothers and sisters they have…how their parents died. How many children they have…what their favorite play station game is. What their favorite food is….. Totally ridiculous.

    Buy online or go to another store. This trip has been 1.5 hours so far and I’m still waiting. 1 person in front of me.

  3. I got a new phone , it was difficult to learn. Rep was nice and helpful. We realized I was not with Verizon but he was able to assist anyways. He also gave me great offers will be back.

  4. I can honestly say that I have been most satisfied with the service that I have received at the Verizon store on Malibu. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful any time that I commend here. I get the best service and the best help from everyone and most festival. They are most friendly helpful and courteous to people of my age are again. Thank every front here after rousing

  5. Kiran was probably the best sale agent I have ever worked with at Verizon. He was knowledgeable and no hard sell. He gave me just facts. Very friendly and kind to an older person not so knowledgeable.

    Stopped by the store this AM (not realizing the store didn’t open until 11am) and the gentleman working was so polite and helpful. We had a fairly complicated question and he helped us resolve the issue 100%. We had been in many stores prior and no one ever seemed to be able to resolve the issue but he obviously knows his job well. So pleased with the service. Thank-you for your help today.

    As a business owner, I’ve been in here for 45 min all because I have multiple phones in my business account. I am a black owners management company I service a lot of clients and employee a lot of people. And I have never ran into such racial discrimination and issues with ordering phones. The 500 gig phone isn’t carried in stores so when going in and asking they assume it’s fraud. I’m going to close and pay off all lines and never deal with Verizon again. Customer service is a 2/10

    Horrible customer service. One rep ignored me as if I wasn’t there and speak with my wife instead and i walk out of the store with no clue to what he did with my phone. Total disrespect then the other reps try to help him gaslight the whole situation. I will be looking for a new carrier.

    Why does your service suck in Brevard county ? Sometimes messages don’t send and my internet is slow. Once my contract is over I’m switching to someone who is cheaper and can provide me with a better service.

    Chase and Chris did an excellent job getting a phone and phone plan for my non-profit business. They were so friendly and knowledgeable and patiently explained everything to me on a level that I could understand. This is a busy store and I noticed that every customer is greeted right away. You may have to wait because it is busy but their service to the customer is top notch.

    I cannot say enough about how great my last visit to this store was. I have been avoiding trading in a very old phone because in the past my experience with doing so has not been the best. I’m happy to say that Malik has changed that mindset. He was welcoming and helpful. He got our family’s old phone switched out and added a new line quickly and efficiently. He was able to explain accessories and answer all of our questions for our new devices. Not only that but he wasn’t pushy trying to upsell but because he explained some of the protective measures that could be taken to help get the best out of our phones it made us want to purchase them. The store was clean, organized, and well stocked. I would absolutely recommend this location and Malik!

    I went in for an upgrade at the Verizon store on Palm Bay and met Chris. One of the best experiences I’ve had in any store. Chris demonstrated excellent customer service and he was very helpful and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.     We came in later in the night closer to closing time. Chris was fantastic and extremely helpful!!! He never made us feel pressured to purchase anything and gave us all of our options. He definitely made this an easy and exciting process loving the new phone and internet thank you!!!!!
