  1. Different brands, discounts and good services makes this place great! I love their return policy and discounts. They have something for everyone. Now a days I visit this location of kohl’s because they are return location for Amazon! You don’t have to print a level or you don’t need a box 📦. Handover your items to the associate works at Amazon return counter. And you know something really cool is, you get 35% discount on any item you purchase at kohl’s! Isn’t it cool?

  2. It is your typical department store consists of every single type of items from clothing to furniture to miscellaneous gift ideas. Prices are medium to high but you can get fortunate if you have the coupons. They have an Amazon return site and every return gets you $5 off coupon. It is a great way for them to acquire new customers. This store is mostly for parents grandparents who will take their teens or kids but not really a big drawer for the younger population. Overall, it is a great department store if you need one.

  3. Kohl’s has really stepped their game up! The prices were really surprisingly good. They had a huge selection of all the things you could possibly need for your children, for your house, for yourself, for any damn thing!

    And the deals were amazing. I found exactly what I was looking for and more. And the people that work there were so friendly and so helpful. This place is well stocked and while it was not the absolute neatest place, you could tell that they had everything you wanted and they were not short on anything. They were just so well stocked. I love this Kohl’s and I’d go back.

  4. Employees are so rude. You wait in line forever to return something not because there’s a lot of people.. because the employees aren’t even listening to you. They are too busy talking and tagging items. You ask for help and they don’t help you. No Hi I can’t help you. You get “you can move up if you need help” hire better people. No wonder why people just walk out with carts full of items. Free stuff and you don’t have to deal with the terrible customer service

  5. No complaints here. The store always seems clean whenever I visit. During The Holidays, they do a nice job of getting people through checkout, despite the insane amount of people waiting in line. If you do all of your shopping on Christmas Eve, like I do, then you’re familiar with just how long these lines can get, but somehow, at Kohl’s, they keep the line moving.

    As usualy in this store you can find unexpected goods, such as postcards with amazingly delicate origami work. A large otle of lingerie with 80% discounts; a department with a New Year theme; and much more. There are a lot of discounts for everything that you see. Amazing! and also, if U returning purchases from Amazon, you are given a -25% coupon valid for 5 days!! And extra -35% if you issue a Kohls card.

    Left here in tears today. I always pay my bills with scrip gift cards. No one notified me they no longer take this as payment. I literally just paid this way last month. Staff was unwilling to be helpful. Customer Care is a joke. I’m stuck with a useless gift card and immediately closed my account because of all this. After 20+years as a customer and card holder, I said good bye today. Sales aren’t that good and doing away with scrip just isn’t a good deal to shop here anymore. Went from being my favorite #1 store to the worst. Used to be great, but definitely see the decline. What is worse, no one was bothered or seemed to care about losing an account holder/customer. Definately a decline in customer service. Kohls used to be great with customer satisfaction… now they have joined the other corporations out there. Customer service is dead and a thing of the past. Would not be surprised if they join toys r us and bed bath and beyond… sure seems to be heading in that direction.

    Good location. Store was clean and organized. If you give someone a Kohls gift card they cannot use and coupons of Kohls cash. So don’t waste your money. Get a standard visa gc.

    Very nice store, came here for amazon drip off, then find out that it’s beautiful store with lots of good stuff. In 2013-2014 I used to go to Kohls missed physical stores. Will recommend to all shopaholic peraons

    Whoever is picking the women’s clothing needs to be replaced. Plus size had few dresses that look like a TV sitcom granny would wear: ugly prints with no style. All stylish apparel is geared towards young women. The Lauren Conrad line is pretty expensive considering the quality is mostly Complete disappointment. I only go there for Amazon returns.
