a year agoThe MOST stocked neatly Dollar Tree, I’ve been to in the past month and I’ve gone to almost everyone in a 15 mile radius ! Allen & a beautiful women with a purple sequin mask, we’re absolutely CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY2 years agoNew store just opened about a year ago and already a disarray of merchandise! Very messy and not alot in stock! Not a good shopping experience…..still like the one on Josey Lane in Farmers Branch.10 months agoI really like this store. They always have a great selection and the staff is always friendly. My only complaint is that they tend to have boxes unpacked for a while. I understand that finding laborers are tough…but for as much money as dollar tree makes, you’d think they’d have competitive wages so they keep people. That part is important. This store could be really great!!a month agoThey never have change or a restroom and it smell bad I think it’s the people that work there and they are rude and nosey ask you super inappropriate questions8 months agoVisited the store, brought 3 things and the employee, an old man, just sit my items at the counter, i ask for a bag, and he said something I can’t hear, i said “cause me?”, And he said with attitude ” we are running out of bags”. I understand that, but I think he should asked me if I want one, then he can see if he can save a bag or not. This was at the dollar tree at 6tg st in Irving, tx

The store was organized Children can find many things about arts and crafts ..flowers vases food …best store if you are hosting a party ..you can find everything related to party!! Go and grab ..the things you love !!11 months agoArrived 10 mins before close and the door was locked. Guy came to the door and said they closed at 950pm on a Sat. Really shady and suspicious. I wouldn’t be mad if I didn’t drive ten mins to get there and was denied entry.4 months agoThis dollar tree in Coppell is one of the dirtiest I have seen in a long time. They are all going downhill, but this one was really bad.a year agoCheap and good quality stuff when you are moving to new house or like rental or new to this state,so that for house holding stuff is good and especially the staff is good for helping the items of you didn’t found or if you are not aware of that product and also for birthday parties stuff and gas balloons for kids stuff is good and it’s reasonable to get it. Some how some times I choose this place where not going for high costly products makes the same as you buy here.2 years agoNewly opened dollar tree. Well maintained and lot of stuff. I go in about 10 minutes ago and went to 3 different employees
All of them had a very poor attitude
I will never again go to this store
How hard is it to talk with a smile instead of acting like it’s your first day there
While shopping I really needed the restroom for an emergency and the manager refused to unlock it. He said “it’s not available for you” and then turned around like I wasn’t there.
Terrible customer service. Absolutely zero compassion for paying customers. I understand if it’s out of order but he just absolutely refused to unlock it and I ended up peeing on myself.
This store is always under stocked and nasty! The shelves are so disgusting and I don’t trust buying food from this location! Worst location ever, yet it’s in a busy area.
Great place met a really nice lady, a professional organizer while there, she helped me get a cart for my supplies. It seems a bit under staffed. The lady with the head piece – seemed not so friendly, as did the tons of Indian people walking and expecting you to step to the side for them, no manners at all. The guy who cashed me out had great customer service.
Omg! $ Tree and 2 other merchants would not let my child use the bathroom because they all said they weren’t working and a fourth said it was occupied. They must have a slumlord
