2 months agoWorst experience in my life, I feel so sad the way they cashier treated me only because i was trying to use 2 coupons for formula for my baby. Times are getting hard and more with baby formula hard to find and prices going higher I went to 3 different kroger ls i couldn’t find my baby formula i was so happy when i found it in this store and i was trying to use 2 coupons so that way i can get more for my money I don’t have any government assistance so is more hard for me! But well, not everyone is happy and shows that to people! If you are Mexican avoid this place full of racism.2 years agoGood store to do couponing and save big time! Get the app and let the digital coupons fly. To me that’s the only way to shop at Kroger’s, just using the plus card only gets you some deals or normal prices and fuel points. If you’re not using the digital coupons, you’re missing out big time!4 months agoKroger’s has definitely taken a turn for the worst in the recent years. It’s been sued so many times already. Can’t keep supporting a place like this. Nothing against this particular location, just the corporation as a whole. in the last weekThis review is not against the local Kroger, but against the Kroger company. Customers should not have to jump through hoops to get discounts and coupons. Some items are on sale with your Kroger plus card. Some items you have to scan to click a digital coupon to get the sale price. I don’t want to walk around with my cell phone pointing and clicking to get a good deal. I just want to shop get in and get out. The QR codes for the digital coupons are so tiny it’s often missed. So you end up paying full price for items without even knowing it until you get home. Very irritating. Thank you!7 months agoThe lady in the self check out was very rude , because I wanted to return something. she had an attitude cause I seen the item was buy 4 or more get them for a $1.99 I had bought 2 the day before and paid $10 so I wanted to return them and get 4 more she tried to tell me the sale was over when clearly it was still going on. They had signs everywhere and then seemed annoyed when she had to do the return. If you don’t want to have a good attitude then don’t work in customer service. I work in customer service and no matter what happened that day I don’t treat the customer rude.

This location is a joke. Whenever I come here, nothing is ever stocked…especially oven baked chicken.
I remember coming here one Sunday morning… all the employees were just standing around talking to each other… including the manager. Meanwhile you had customers trying to duck and weave themselves and their grocery carts around the talking statues they call “employees”. And on top of that, there were no ACTIAL PEOPLE on the cash registers. Only automation was open! Lazy lazy…
The smallest produce section I’ve ever seen. The bakery is a joke as well. They only have one shelf! 🤣 And it’s never stocked w fresh baked bread.
I tried the deli one time… and they only had one piece of meat!!! And it wasn’t even Boar’s Head!!!
I cannot tell you how many times my wife came to this location on her way home from work to pickup a cooked chicken for the family, only to be disappointed to an empty shelf! She has told me since the past year she can only remember one time the chickens have been cooked past 2

My total was supposed to be $4.85. The automated register rang up almost $20. Employees would not honor the prices posted.
The pictures Kroger posted on Google Maps are lies. The exterior has a neat old-style sign. The parking lot is not brilliantly painted and clean. The interior is dimly lit, in need of dozens of replacement lightbulbs.
Dishonesty is not the best policy.
I went to get some Gatorade, and my card wasn’t working properly at first! Alexis was so patient as I was struggling and Franco was so amazing and helped me out too! Franco went above and beyond! He was truly my angel for the day! I am so grateful for the workers here! I will definitely be coming back again😇
To crowd, lanes are crowed. Discount items to close to check out,no room to get by. Only 1 large check out lane. The express lane too many items. Take forever to get through.
Ok place to do your shopping but those young employees GOTS TO GO 🙄! I shop here often there’s prob 2 or 3 employees that are great but the younger men will stand around chit chatting or walk away while customers are having to bag their groceries on the lanes with cashiers. One time I even had a young man literally shove and throw my groceries in my cart along with disrespectful language and face gestures JUST BECAUSE I asked him not to squeeze my loaf of bread smh.
