a month agoI never seen a Kroger like this, it’s like a Walmart but better. They have clothes, school supplies and even a beer and wine bar. 3 drink max 😃8 months agoThis is perhaps the greatest Kroger I have ever seen! It’s an incredibly large building that almost reminds me of a Target combined with a grocery store. It has beautiful sections which are very well labeled and has an abundance of variety in food including a really cool bakery, deli, wine section etc, as well as a Starbucks, pharmacy, clothing section, and beauty section. It reminds me of European markets because of the variety, ambience, and choices.I really loved shopping here. The discounts were apparent right from the beggining and it was excellent to behold. Lots of parking nearby and kroger fuel right across the way.
2 months agoI arrived at 10:50. I forgot to get lime juice and wanted to pick it up quickly. Saw employees signing and rolling eyes at the door but I approached. Was told by a guy with a baby voice I “couldn’t be let in or he would be fired”. I know it’s not the best practice to come late, but I assumed business hours as posted that they close doors at 11 since 11 is what is posted online. Another review said the same. If that is not the case change business hours to close at 10:45 so people can choose an available store that is actually open.a year agoFound this Kroger by accident and not sure why every location is not like this find!🎉🎉. !! If Kroger and Super Walmart had a child…just saying; and there’s a Starbucks too – omg nirvana. This location is impeccably clean, has a great selection of wines and beer, the staff is helpful and friendly and the selection of items was wonderful. I was a little disappointed that Swai fish is so hard to find and I could not find Strawberry Quick or the Athens Phylli Dough, but my disappointment was not over shadowed by my excitement when I turned the corner and saw the collection of nail polish, hair brushes, grilling goodies, and so much more. If your ever in the area, you must stop in. My bonus is that it’s nor too far and far enough that driving there won’t be a problem.Did I mention that every Kroger should be this amazing? 😊
5 months agoThis Kroger is a delight to visit. The Kroger that is close to my home, Grassland doesn’t come close to this Kroger Store. I wish I lived closer to Kroger Marketplace so I could do all my grocery shopping here. The store is an adventure! So much to browse, all the produce look amazingly fresh and everything that I needed was in stock. The shelves were stocked and tidy. The store was clean and the staff all we’re kind and friendly. Kroger management really needs to take a look at Grassland Kroger and either put it back together and once again make it a Grocery Store the public enjoys visiting or close the store!

2 months agoKROGER SUSHI IS THE BEST!! This location, at least..fresh, flavorful, and goes great with a bottle of wine from a great selection here! One stop shop date night (particularly for new parents) and it doesn’t disappoint!7 months agoLove this store ! I believe her name is Rosanna she is always on top of it making sure the checkout runs smoothly! Cindy bagged for me and it just is so nice when they take the time to make sure everything is packed nicely! I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. It’s worth the extra few miles to drive to !3 years agoAlways terrific people at check out. Isle Displays may be great for some things but is a pain in the neck when there are 11. Used to be a decent Kroger, but has been going downhill in recent months. Prices now sky high, but I know that isn’t their fault for the most part, however the quality of the food has gotten pretty bad when it comes to meat and produce. I actually got food poisoning a few months ago from a bad batch of strawberries I bought here and when I went in earlier this week to get groceries I just had to take some photos of the fruit section. Almost every other case of blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries had mold in it. When I went to look for Greek Yogurt I had to dig through 2 rows to find one that didn’t have an expired date of July…in August. The Kroger frozen chicken bags were also all defective without the resealable zipper despite showing it as a feature of the bag. Used to be very reasonable and convenient to shop here, but I think I will start going up the road to the newer Kroger to see if they actually maintain a higher quality standard with their food. When you are having to spend so much now for groceries, you would hope you could shop somewhere where half the food isn’t covered in mold or expired on the shelf.
Waited over 7 minutes this afternoon for someone to come to customer service. Called the store and asked for someone to come or it would have been longer. And when the person came she didn’t apologize the first thing but about 2 minutes later into our transaction. There was a package of chicken left out on the counter and when I mentioned that she said it was already bad.
Hardly the way to make a positive impression on customers. The stocking of this store has deteriorated the past few months and attitudes are often less than positive. This store needs some strong management attention.
I have been shopping at this store for 16 years and I have never been so insulted by a cashier. The cashier was a former student of mine and she told me how much she hated my class and that she didn’t learn anything. The manager should do a better job of training the staff. I can’t wait for the Publix to open.
Went to pick up my groceries that I ordered and they had already closed pick up. Online said I still had a hour. Then went in twith my 3 kids to speak to customer service and waited 20 minutes before another customer came in for customer service too. She walked up to the front end to ask for assistance and she said “well you your going to have to wait another 30 minutes”. We were both furious and left, I don’t have 40 minutes to wait to be acknowledged by your staff. You would have noticed if my kids had been causing a disturbance. I still have no groceries!
I love shopped at this Kroger for over 7 years and the staff lately has been completely unacceptable as well as their fruit and veggies. The Indian gas station clerk doesn’t understand English and was going off on me because he double charged my card for fuel. Thank god I got my bank to dispute the charge and my whole family contacted h. Pylori as soon as I made dinner with the bad veggies and fruit you guys sell. I will never EVER be back and will be looking to switch my medication to the NEW kroger.
