9 months agoWas surprised at how little stock this store had compared to all other stores I’ve been to. I thought it felt awkward, though it was clean and the associates were pleasant. I did find a couple items and will check back at a future date to see if anything has changed.2 months agoCame to this Ross for something and immediately was greeted with a rude comment saying they close in 25 mins. Then another employee with a snotty attitude came over in the aisle and said we close in 20 mins in a rude tone. Um there’s other customers in the store too not the only ones only came in for one thing while others have cart loads of stuff. Also saw kids kicking a ball around the store like it’s a playground. Didn’t see no employee telling them to stop. First and last time will ever step foot in this Ross.2 weeks agoCashier was rude…As I approached the register, I said, “Hello.” She said nothing. Said nothing while scanning my items. At the completion, she said, “your recipient’s right there,” as she pointed to the printer. She said nothing else.4 months agoAt 5:55 pm on June 15th, the lady in charge of the cash register was very rude!! Even though I was waiting for my turn, she started paying the bill with a nonchalant look at the person who interrupted her! In frustration, I left the item I was about to purchase and left the store. Of course, the lady in charge of the cash register didn’t even apologize! I will never go to this store again. Low-level employees do not have a positive impact on your store!5 months agoFound a few nice tops at Ross today! Decent store, but no restroom to be found, and the main fitting room was closed. Needs some updates. The associate at checkout was very nice.

Lots of product, but very messy. Low staff, had to wait in line because there was only one register associate. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Fitting rooms close at a certain time each day so the two up front get backed up quick. 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nice ross store. Too many different items. Open fitting rooms where you can try on the clothes before you buy them. Average waiting line.
Parking lot oa big but busy due to too many stores that are close to each other. But the fitting rooms need more attention. door locks are not working and some do not exist at all at the fitting room. Also they are dirty and need more attention and repair.
I hate coming to this store; only because I can’t walk out without 10x more stuff than I swore I wouldn’t buy.. But always do.. Great Shopping Therapy place..
Great prices. I found this NBC and I love collecting it. Friendly staff and a very warm welcome as you come in and leave the store Love it
Obviously this store has great items at great prices. Yesterday I had to return to the store because when I got home I found a sensor on my clothes. Hey, this can happen especially with as many items as I purchased. The problem is that when I returned to the store, the guy at the door that welcomes people treated me like a thief. He’s the Latin gentlemen. Never apologized, although it’s an inconvenience and costs gas money to go back to the store. Instead he asks the cashier to check my receipt. Once they found the item on my receipt, they removed the sensor and handed me the item. Not a word from either of them to say “sorry for the inconvenience” so I looked him in his eyes and said “well, thank you.” PLEASE SOMEBODY GIVE YOUR FOLKS THE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING! #CustomerService101
