a week agoVery good dress with wide range of material is available. Prices are also very reasonable. Discounts and offers are given on many items. I baught a few T shirts with good offers. Seniors have some special concessions. I am happy with this..a week agoIf there was a way to give no stars, I would have. 7741 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, TX 75063 This location is a disheartening look now from 2 years ago. This was my favorite Ross Store when I lived in Texas and even when I visited. I don’t know what happened but I do know it’s a Ross where Management does not care about the Appearance of there store and how they treat and resolve issues was a huge disappointment. My experience with this store on October 28, 2023 between the hours of 5 to 6pm and Manager Elisabeth made it clear that I will no longer spend money at this Ross Store when in town and gladly to drive the extra miles to a more Clean, safe and welled Managed Ross in the MetroPlex. No longer my favorite location and please let Ms Elisabeth know that how a Manger runs their store is a reflection on them and Ross Dress for Less as a Brand.Trina Beaudoin Upset Customer
2 months agoGood and affordable place for regular wear. Surprisingly Amazing place for home decor and kitchenware. One star less for too many damaged items. Takes time to find good clothes among the lota month agoNice clothes. Today the card payments didn’t work so had to pay cash. But that is no problem. The staff handled it well 👍 . Polite people.a month agoLoss prevention will stereotype you and follow your every move all throughout the store. They are very rude. All like 6 of them in the store on a rainy day when only few people in. And looking at previous reviews I see this is a problem with them.

Absolutely the worst Ross in DFW! The line had over 40 people with 3 registers open. No restroom, no fitting room, and clothes all over the floor. I had such a headache from the experience, the cashiers were just as rude as the customers. This Ross deserves less than a 1 star.
I like a good Ross, but this one is a complete nightmare! It is worse than looking thru a very unorganized flea market. I just can’t handle this chaos, so I usually drive to nice, clean, and better organized Ross stores. It’s well worth the gas money!!
I have been into this and other Ross stores many times but today I was so sadden to see this.
I know Ross is a discount store but I’ve been to garage sales and second hand stores that look more organized than this. Pride and customer service has totally been lost.
Good stuff but really slow service! There was a huge line only one cashier, it was so busy I stayed in a line for almost 2hr and had to come back with out purchasing the stuff I really needed. Please work on it. It literally cost my time and energy.

This has to be one of the best Ross’s I have ever been to out of the hundreds I’ve been to around America.
The service is very good the people are super friendly, and some of the stuff is very high end and high quality.
Especially for the price! 60-80 percent off of many great upper mid range brands!
