  We went to the St. Thomas CAA store because we had a few things to get done. Michael was the CAA agent who served us and he was fabulous. Everything was done with professionalism and a friendly and helpful manner. We left feeling confident with all of the information that Michael gave us as he checked and double checked everything. Would rather drive there than speak with someone over the phone, it was certainly more personable and easy to be sure that we understood all of the details. Highly recommend Michael and the St. Thomas CAA Store.

  The worst customer service possible. It took 6 months of constant calling to get them to change my home address, they have changed the policy and added people to it which were not improved and after a year I still can’t make them change it. They never return your call and the agent’s message on her answering machine says she’ll be back in Sept. and it’s Dec. This message never changes.

  Service was not good at all…. Took days to get back to me for simple questions.. Then got close to booking and asked for a different day of travel and never heard back from them, completely ghosted me. I would not deal with them ever again as my trust is gone from this organization. Truly an awful customer experience!!!

  I book through these guys online site. It is straight forward and easy to use or if you want to pay just a little extra they will take care of the whole process. Booked in office my first time and was extra $50 but was walked through the site and educated on the most important points. Great for first timers who would like help booking and even better for regular travellers who are confident to use the online booking services.
