a month agoI am done shopping at this location. I don’t know who is in charge of checking the expiration dates on the shelves, but I routinely find expired items when I shop here. Two trips ago it was gallons of milk, one trip ago it was literally molded deli meat sitting at the front of the section, and last time it was the picture I attached. I purchased this and got all the way home and DRANK ONE. I checked the expiration after it tasted funny and this was my surprise. I literally purchased this on Sunday. Disgusting.2 years agoThis Kroger is usually pretty well stocked, but you can tell that this location is in some need of some updates. As most Kroger’s are, the deals here are always good. The Starbucks is also convenient. A few negatives to this location: Cleanliness, for example it’s rare to go into this Kroger and something not smell odd/bad, and it’s a common occurrence to see food spilt in some isles, or just swept under the shelves. Wait times, if you come here during the weekend, it’s not out of the question to wait a solid 30 minutes in line.a month agoThey messed up my order, then doublecharged me for something I didn’t even get, and support lied about it and hung up on me. Also, on a recent visit to the store a store manager named Josh gave me the most hateful look for no reason when I walked by, and I think he was swearing at me under his breath. Please train your mangers to be polite instead of hateful.5 years agoLarge natural/organic section, and organics mixed in elsewhere in the store. Interesting products not found at other nearby grocery stores. Nice pick 6 craft beer selection with some beers also not at nearby stores or bottle shops. Small but respectable international aisle. Good deli, cheese shop. Olive bar, hot and cold food bars. Many prices are competitive, some aren’t, if you’re a multi-store shopper like me. Noticed a number of OOS items, or items that showed in stock in the app but weren’t. Fresh veggie section is small, decent. Very busy in the early evening. Late night weekends are fairly quiet. Side note: Really nice app with shopping list, product locations, coupons, and ability to send instant feedback on missing products.3 months agoThe Kroger itself has been fine. The selection isn’t amazing, but that’s what you expect from a Fresh Fare or a smaller non marketplace Kroger. The 2 stars is because I no joke get approached by scammers or someone trying to sell some garbage almost every time I go here. I am so sick of it lol. First two times were men approaching me when I was alone, scamming for cash by posing as fake organizations or needing signatures with my name and address. One even followed me to my car. This last time, I think this person was legit since it looked she had a little table set up by the cheese area. But for the love of God, just let people get their food and go home! They really need to crack down on this because that’s so frustrating. I may start wearing a mask again so people don’t approach haha.

Nice store, but those aisles are way too narrow. I know there’s nothing can be done about it but if they ever remodel this location I hope they widen those aisles. I always feel claustrophobic in there.
Matthew in self checkout today was absolutely terrible. He profiled us when we are loyal customers. Dude can go off somewhere, not up to the Kroger standards. I work in retail, im a manager in retail, there’s absolutely no reason for anyone to be that hateful and spiteful. I hope Kroger actually sees this and does something about it. Even the manager i talked to seemed upset with him.
I am not a fan of some of the new cashiers. Today I went to do my usual Sunday shopping and the regular cashier that’s usually I’m self checkout wasn’t there. I did my shopping and noticed at as soon as I approached the self checkout the lady who was there, was on her phone while all the registers were busy as soon as she seen me, she put her phone down and came to immediately stand next to me I mean so close she looked in my cart at EVERYTHING I had and proceeded to stare at me while i scanned my groceries. I scanned a pack of grapes and bagged them and as soon as I touched the bag she comes from beside me and goes “Ah ma’am you did not scan that” when in fact I did. Then proceeded to offer to scan my groceries so “I didn’t forget anything” while a bunch of white people scan their groceries in peace.
If your kids are still in school, don’t let them work here. They do not respect their availability or the fact that they are minors and still in school. They called my daughters phone almost daily while she was in school wanting her to come to work. Management would not take to help her update availability when systems went down, so when she would be scheduled to work when she had band or some other practice she would have to call off because of it. Ron, the store manager, was the reason she ended up quitting, for making her feel very uncomfortable and making her feel bad for the fact that school is more important than work. Great way to teach the kids responsibility Ron. You lost a good, hard and dependable worker. This store, gives kroger a bad name.
The have 6 gallons of expired milk right in front of good milk. They aren’t ran correctly on stocking checks date’s in your products that are perishables
