2 months agoCorporate needs to shut this place down like actually, I’ve been here multiple times, employees knock things off of shelves, the current managers are rude as well and have no respect for the staff. The bottle area is always dirty when I enter and to top it all off the employees are lazy and never want to do anything. The cashier was so kind she considerate, she made my day!4 months agoI had a wonderful experience in Krogers everyone was most courteous and kind in the employees was most helpful with me find me all the needs that I was looking for I had a wonderful experience at Kroger’s on Mack avenue and I will be making this a regular stop.7 months agoThe last time that I did some grocery shopping at this Kroger Store was about 1 year ago. I found the bottle return area filthy dirty. The floors were also filthy dirty and wasn’t mopped in days. Watch the dates when buying meat. I had seen meat that turned brown and trying to sell the meat at reduced prices. The produce was moldy and rotten and trying to sell bad produce at reduced prices. The in store Bakery looked like the in store Bakery at Farmer Jack. The Pharmacy also looked like the Pharmacy at Farmer Jack. I remember this Kroger Store was a very small Farmer Jack Supermarket back in the day. They need to close this Kroger Store Permanently. I usually shop at the St.ClairShores Kroger on Harper and 9 Mile Road or the Harper Woods Kroger on Harper and Old 8 Mile Road. Those are the only 2 Kroger Stores that I shop at and at least the stores are clean and the employees are very friendly.3 months agoI was highly disappointed with the freshness of the ice cream at Kroger Fresh Fare. It tasted like it had been sitting in the freezer for too long and had developed an unpleasant freezer-burn flavor.

I’d rather drive a little further to go to a better grocery store. The parking is weird and the store is cramped. Also the never carry hot salsa and I still can’t find actual sriracha sauce in the store. They have Kroger brand sriracha, but not the regular kind. Totally weak!
This is one of the worst Krogers I have encountered. I arrived at the Seafood/Meat counter and I had to wait exactly 16 minutes to be served. I waited patiently for 8 minutes before I called the store to be connected to the meat department and after the associate explained to me he will be there in a minute I had to eait another 8 minutes and he came to the counter as if I was the problem.
Worst store ever. Bottle returns always broken. Staff barely acknowledges you. They will watch you bag your own groceries while they stand there. Meters for parking. You can go anytime and sale items aren’t out. I could go on forever. But won’t. This location stinks!
The kroger is clean staff is nice but there is no way in hell I’ll visit again because you have to pay for parking I’d rather drive the extra miles and go to the one on mack ave
Was not what I expected, this Kroger seems alright to grab a few items. The deli was closed before 5:00pm, I was told they could not keep workers in the deli. Pre-cut packages of meat selection was picked through. From what I could see it was clean and otherwise stocked besides the deli. I definitely did not pay for parking.
