- Reviews:Store seems old fashioned. Kind of a different layout, but we were able to find what we needed. They have you leave all your groceries in the cart and they take them out as they are scanning. Someone bagged our groceries, which we like. The customer in front of us asked the cashier for a box for her 6 bottles of wine, the cashier just said it should be by the wine. I saw them so grabbed a couple for her. The cashier seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else but there, but we get it, not everyone loves their job.By Lori G (a month ago)We are new to this store. Maybe it’s California, but we feel it cost us a little more than Save Mart. We even used the stores app but still seemed expensive. The cashier has to pull all of your items out of the cart, and it seems like a very slow process. Last time I went in the morning, they had no cashiers. Very frustrating to have to wait every time. I would rather drive across town to ANY other store. - Reviews:I bought a berry pie brought it home only to find out it was not berry, it was APPLE! I shrugged it off as a simple mistake / accident. Returned to the store to re purchase my berry pie for a 2nd time brought it home sliced into it only for it to not be berry once again, it was ANOTHER APPLE PIE! ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING. Neglect of staff and store, unprofessional. If I wanted apple, I would have bought apple! If I went and there were no berry, I would have left happily without purchasing pie and figured oh well not my time, next time. Instead twice I bought berry only to have been purchasing apple labeled as berry. One time maybe I could have ignored it but twice, just shows irresponsibility this location has. They thrive to not satisfy their customers. I called the manager and Paula didn’t even apologize. Unprofessional. That’s the least she could have offered me. Of course it wasn’t done by her or intentionally but being a manager you should be professional enough to apologize for the mistake on behalf of your store / co workers / staff. Of course you can expect less from this Food for less, they are employee owned. Not corporate. Lower your standards when shopping here so you will not be disappointed. Very poor customer service no way I can be able to shop again here these people need help no registers don’t work one person only here in this register, and the other two registers do not work at all, and have more than seven people in line
I know the store well enough to find what I need. Tried reporting to customer service the homeless sleeping in the parking lot in places that they could easily get ran over and they do not have a reporting system but expect me to chase down outside security. Then as I am checking out at self check out I have 2 xashiers surrounding me to answer the survey question when I am done. I am using private information and do not need to be surrounded. FIX THIS .
Store is in good shape and employees are friendly. Parking lot and surrounding area is ruff and littered. Vagrants run the lot, bring some cigarettes to barter or you might not make it out alive.
It’s always bussy, associates are little to no help.
Stop lights are needed on lanes….
Trust me this is my last resort.

Good store, but poor management…had an issue with an item and contacted the shift manager on duty , Elizabeth….she is probably the worse manager I have ever interacted with, Walmart should be ashame of having manager like her on a leadership role. Wont recommend visiting this store, target would provide better customer service and treat you with dignity.
