I immediately went to an employee to ask where a face cream was, she walked me there but it was inside a locked case. She called another employee and told me that the employee was far away and was on their way. I waited for 20 minutes and no one came despite the couple times I pushed the “help” button on the case. So then I left and was told by some employees the store was closed and could not check out. No closing announcements we made, no one assisted me with the locked item and couldn’t even purchase what I wanted. Very disappointing and frustrating.By Dulce Luna (4 months ago)Been going to Walmarts for years. This is by far the worst experience I ever had at a Walmart. Just wanted to check out with a couple items and lines were back to back across the store for self checkout. There were plenty of open lanes with registers to help expedite the lines quicker and employees were able to stand around talking. Always had people back in electronics willing to check me out before, especially when I had an electronic, but now I was refused. Not waiting 30+ min to get checked out sorry.. so for first time just dropped stuff off at random spot to get out of the mess.By Derrick Carper (a week ago)Could walmart please respond with the return policy? they told me at the store that it is only five days but the website says 90 days. They have what I need, so it’s rarely a wasted trip. I worry that they might close next, bc the busier Walmarts nearby run out of things faster….but this Walmart has a nice VIBE. The only downsides are some product prices could not be found and the time spent checking out is lengthy (still better than a Walmart checkout). There are a lot of fun and unique items to buy here. In addition to fruits and vegetables there are fresh, hot foods…or prepared meals. You can also buy dishware and other items like that. Fantastic space, parking is easy. You’ll find every aspect of Hy-Vee’s ecosystem at this location (carwash, gas station, etc) Staff were alright, they were focused on their tasks for the most part. I was slightly confused on how the space was used, most of the store wasn’t accessible. Majority of the isles had boxes in them, it was hard to take photos that told a story besides a messy one. For better context, it looked like it was a brand new store on the verge of opening although this location has been open since 2016. I’m sure it doesn’t always look a mess, but the mess took away from their customer service. I’ll be back to see if I have a different experience.

Always friendly workers! The bakery and meat department are amazing!!!
I always find what I need (and more) at HyVee. They were the first grocery store I had visited with good bathrooms AND mothers rooms. This was huge when my kids were still babies.
Now they have just about everything. The aisles online pick up is great and makes me life easier.
I go here often when I’m in the area. The baked goods always has variety of goodness. I’ve never had a bad experience here. It’s easy to find what you need/want. There’s also a small section of clothing and shoes! There is also a pharmacy and a wine and spirits attached. It’s definitely a good choice to grab what you need if you’ve never been to a Hy-Vee.
