- Reviews:Had a lot of items that are out of stock. Even ripe bananas arr not available. Some of thr cooked pre packed white rice in 6 and 3 packs which are cheaper are not available. But one of their staff (Jose or Jesus) was very helpful. Even went at the back to look for ripe bananas for us. *** Just our 2nd time in this branch and we are loving it. Always super clean from the floors to the shelves. Smells fresher than their other stores. The isles are bigger or at least looks bigger than the other 99 ranch stores so it doesn’t feel crowded inside. Might be the floor plan. It’s amply lit and well stocked. The staff are nicer too. Has a big parking lot. In detail, they sell vegetables and fruits. They also have a section of fresh fish and shellfish (you choose and they just take it out of their fish tank). Regarding groceries, there is a wide variety of imported products (sauces, dressings, snacks, tea, sweets, rice, among others). They have frozen sections, kitchen utensils, prepared food and even bakery. We usually check the exp or use by date. But yesterday, we rushed to get what we needed. I would expect the merchant to be on top of their merchandise use by date and replace or take them down in a timely manner. I regularly purchase this product in this place because of it carries the small size ones. Even though it is $8.99 / 3lbs which is $2 more expensive that nearby Sprouts Farmers Market which carries the bigger size ones. For the last couple of months, I noticed that each bag had some rotted ones. This supermarket management should have checked the quality of this product before putting it in the shelve, otherwise, consumer will stop buying it, who would want to pay so much for bad goods.By eugeniang8 (2 months ago)

Nice, I bought chili oil. The employee older man helped me, he was so nice, even when I asked which one he recommends.
He pointed it out and thats what I bought. He took his time to help, that is an excellent customer service as far as I am concerned.
I come to 168 every week, A lot of fresh vegetables and fruits with good price. But the bakery section made me feel uncomfortable today, they sounds like a bit push and annoy when they know you don’t wanna buy the items they recommend
This market is clean and very organized..
I feel like sometimes since I’m not Asian that I don’t belong in an Asian market. I can tell you though that this market and all the employees make me feel very welcomed. I now am a regular shopper.
They listed the price as 4$ and charged me 6$ when I went to check out and even though I showed the picture to show them their mistake on the bad advertising they just gave attitude and threw out items as if it was trash
Not a pleasant place to shop if you understand Mandarin Chinese. Hearing those women working at the Hot Deli ranting about something every time I go there makes the shopping atmosphere so negative and unprofessional. It’s unbelievable how they just treat the workplace like their own living room. No wonder they don’t treat customers professionally either!!
