a year ago*** Update Mister Car Wash never replied to my email. They do not care. If you own a truck and use this car wash it will not be clean. I started using Quality car wash down the road and they are cheaper and my truck is actually clean. Every time I go to the car wash my truck is never clean it looks horrible don’t waste your moneya month agoI am an Unlimited Member, I also use the interior clean option offered at the 28th St location.
The location is at 1259 28th St, Wyoming Mi. 49509. On June 14th, around 12:15 I purchased the Interior service along with my Unlimited wash, I paid for the upcharges regarding wiping down the leather seat and to have my floor mats cleaned. I had done a pre-clean and got all large loose trash out of the vehicle. In this process I took the floor mats out and placed them in the cargo space behind the passenger seats. I informed the sales person of this and told her that the cleaned mats could stay in the cargo space and I would move them to the proper location when I returned home. Regrettably, when I did get home I saw that none of the mats were cleaned and the cargo space wasn’t even vaccumed. Needless to say I’m very disapponted in the service I received. The time involved in going back to complain and have things rectified is not wort the upcharged services or the $5 tip that I left. I’m making you aware of the poor services I received.a month agoI wish they would give a little more attention to pre-wash spraying before they send your car into the tunnel. The lower part of the sides of your car are often still dirty when you leave. Also the wheel wells. Especially in the winter.in the last weekThey do a great job on the interior. Exterior wash is good too7 months agoAbsolutely love mister car wash! They are kind and always guide me onto the tracks. My antenna got ripped off going through one day, and they took care of me right away! I got a new, smaller, fancy antenna they purchased for me the same day. I had my windshield replaced, and they put a new sticker on for entry when I asked. Never a hassle. Lines move fast.

3 weeks agoJust happened today, scratched on the upper side of the car’s door in this car wash. Mister Car Wash is refusing to do anything about it. I don’t recommend this carwash! Those who moved recently from other states, so be aware not to go to this carwash. All machines and equipment of Mister Car wash are outdated, and your car gets scratched. At first, I saw the reviews and decided to go there, but now I am sure the reviews are fake!a week agoKeyed my car stole my cbd cigarette which has no thc in it. Didn’t clean my car all the way and talked to me disrespectful and ignorantly. The manager needs fired all the kids cleaning out the cars vacuuming are theifs liars, they don’t even clean your car all the way. Not very good – after a $12 wash, 80% of the back of my car was still dirty – completely untouched by brushes (between blue lines drawn on pic). Vacuums are underpowered also. Would not recommend.
I’d have given this location 5 stars for the quality of the car wash, the free floor mat cleaner and the free vacuums. However, I am a mobile app user and it took longer than a reasonable amount of time for the gate I went through to recognize it and open. It’s a small detail, and I think the convenience of paying via mobile is great, but when the tech fails to work the way it should, it’s a little irritating. Additionally, I had pulled in to two separate bays to use the vacuum and in both instances, those vacuums were not working, but there were no barriers to block the bays like there for the other two or three inoperable vacuums. One of the free floor mat cleaners is also not working the way it should (the left one). Again, it’s free, and the other one works fine. Very minor detail.
Overall, they are in a great location, and i will continue to go back, just a couple minor details to make the client experience better, in my opinion.
I have a black 2010 Mercedes S65 AMG that I drove from Ozark, Alabama to Pittsford, Michigan, to Grand Rapids, Michigan. Needless to say, the car was quite dirty.
I looked for a car wash, and picked Tommy’s. No particular reason, it just stood out. I got the best wash.
What emerged from Tommy’s car wash was breathtaking; a 13 year old car whose silky smooth finish still produces a sinister glare when the sun bounces off of it.
When my aunt saw the car, the look on her face and her words were priceless – “WOW, the Ol’ Girl still looks like a million bucks!”
Impeccable customer service and what emerges from the car wash will be STUNNING!

Good, clean car wash that does a great job. I highly recommend using the App. You can store your vehicle(s) information and either do a monthly subscription for unlimited washes or store your payment method for pay as you go. It makes it super convenient to just pull up and go. Vacuum areas are clean and well kept and the place has good lighting for evening use.
It was ok, for my first time getting a basic car wash done. However, I was not impressed with the vacuum. I’m grateful it was free, but not very good. “Horse power” the suction was very weak. The car wash in Standale, they have few vacuum service as well. They do a much better job with suction. I most likely will not be back to Tommy’s car wash.
