a month agoI come to Ducky’s regularly for interior detailing of my car. I have over 200,000 miles on one of my vehicles, and honestly, the car looks practically new thanks in large part to maintaining it with Ducky’s. They don’t over fragrance the car, and they are always able to get any stains or odors out effectively. The San Carlos location in particular is full of incredibly polite, professional, and HARD WORKING individuals. They do an amazing job and are the epitome of class and good service. I’m always amazed at how fast they are able to do everything…they get me in and out even though I usually request extensive servicing. An added plus is their adorable gift shop…whoever is the buyer is super creative…the shop has all sorts of things for families, individuals, car maintenance, recreation, decor, fashion, and kitchenware…a lot of the inventory is seemingly from individual sellers or craftsmen. I always end up with things I didn’t know I needed until I found them on display. If you want your car looking practically new, come here. The pricing is reasonable and fair and lower than some other folks out there.4 weeks agoFast service but definitely not a thorough cleaning job. Dust and dirt everywhere still internally. It’s almost as if they didn’t do any cleaning inside at all. The first time I thought this was a fluke, but this has been the case the 2nd and 3rd times I’ve gone and with different cars. I’d prefer to wait a few minutes longer and actually have the inside of my car cleaned as I’ve paid for. Disappointed that I purchased the 5 pack before realizing that the clean job isn’t good at all.2 months agoPrepaid for the VIP wash, which gets you one free car wash. They are always fast and friendly, and do a great job for the price.4 years agoThoroughly meh experience, especially for the price. I had previously taken another car here and gotten an okay job, but I thought maybe it was because of the age of the car (’96). I recently went to burning man in my subaru, and after doing some preliminary cleaning myself (important to note!), decided to take it to ducky’s for a more thorough job. Why ducky’s? They offer coupons for their car washes, and with $8 off their vip wash it was hard to say no.
I was extremely disappointed with their service. It was quick, but I would much rather wait an hour for a more thorough job than come home to a still dirty car. The windows have streaks, there’s muddy water that has run down the sides of the car, and the inside wasn’t even vacuumed thoroughly. Definitely not bringing my car here again.2 years agoGo to for a car wash. Discounts for bulk. Nice little store to entertain the kids or feed them snacks while you wait. Excellent service and staff. Car looks so good even at basic washes. Splurging for a higher tier wash or detail can make your car look new.

4 months agoI always get great service at this location. I have the unlimited wash membership and have been to all their other locations to get my car washed. They rarely try to upsell you for a car waxing at this location which is an issue with the customer experience at the other locations. In the rare occurrence that I’ve had any issues, the staff is always very accommodating. Free coffee and tea while you wait is a nice bonus as well.in the last weekI had my vehicle fully detailed inside and out. I am very happy with the results. I recommend making an appointment. I did not make one and chose to wait
The vehicle looks brand new again. The leather is so soft now.a week agoYour paying 40-50$ for a car wash. They do an ok job vacuuming the car nothing special… The wash is fairly good but they always seem to miss a piece when doing the dressing for rubber/plastic parts. They have a lot of cars to it’s understandable the attention to detail drops off as the day goes on. The worst part of my most recent experience was when my car was done there was some black spots on my door from the tire dressing they put on the time before. I pointed it out to a lady who seemed to be managing the workers and she was pretty rude and was yelling I needed to purchase a wax to get them off. I took a rag and wiped them off myself it took 1 minute to do this. Might take my business to another place next time.2 months agoAfter a slight misunderstanding about the fee schedule, I had the crew wash and hand wax the car. All I can say is WOW!!!!! The exterior looks like the car just came off the showroom floor. No steaks, no clumps of forgotten wax and no white spots on the black trim. PERFECTION!!!The interior was also perfect. These people knew better that to try cleaning the touch screen, my preference, so not awful steaks or scratches. And furthermore, no streaks anywhere. It is very hard to find a car wash where the crew doesn’t leave horrible streaks on the windows and dash that only show up on cold mornings when you need the defroster. This place is unlike any I’ve ever been to. Incredible attention to detail. And I was out of there in about 30 minutes…with a beautiful hand wax.
This place is THE place to get the care your car deserves. I’m bringing my wife’s car here tomorrow. And our van, and our RV. Gosh! I wonder if they’ll come to the marina…?
4 months agoMy wife asked the guy which package included the undercarriage and he tried to convince her to get the hot wax. After she said some other time and proceeded to tell him she just wants the exterior and undercarriage especially cleaned he said all packages included that and gave her the basic one, gave her the receipt and sarcastically said “it would be very helpful if you leave your keys”. She thought she would hand them to him and he assumed she was taking them. From where she was waiting she saw a women telling them they had all these missed spots and to go back around. They did a quick swipe around and they yelled it was done. Afterwards a man in a white shirt rushed her to the vehicle thanked her and basically told her to get in and he would close the door. I assume so she wouldn’t look around and see the water spots and dirt residue. Which is why she refuses to go get a car wash alone. The undercarriage is filthy and there are spots all around. She said she should’ve just gone to a drive through car wash. It would have been cleaner.

Hand Wax, Supreme Hand Wax, Gasoline fill up and vacuum services also available. Large and helpful staff. They offer a monthly payment plan. For only about $25 a month, you can wash your vehicle once a day. Not bad if you like to keep your car clean.
Great Service, made sure my car was clean, even sent me through the car wash twice, second time free.
We go here quite often. They do a very good job and the kids love sitting in the car while going through the wash. Just try to go when it’s not too busy since that’s when we’ve had the best results.
I’m bringing our cars here every once in a while. One day, one car comes back really clean, the very next day, different crew, same car model, and the car comes back so dirty, I have to go and wash it by hand again. Wheels need more attention! Side skirts as well as the flies stuck to the front need a lot more attention! For the “Ultimate” option, I’m expecting a lot more, especially with so many people doing the actual work instead of just an automated carwash.
I paid $40 for deluxe wash and inside cleaning. Not a long line. People who wiped and vacuumed my car were very thorough, more so than other handwash places I have been to. Very much worth the money.
