2 months agoI got the ultimate package unlimited Groupon. As you see still significant bugs/dirt on my car. Granted they were washing 1.5k of dirt and bugs. Tires were pretty clean, but I did hand clean them good last wash. The African American dude yelling was not helpful but the owner was cool. If this was some other city I’d probably rate it lower but for the area Robin Hood appears the only one that’s not 90$ hand detailing. Please put my side mirror back in place though. Maybe next visit it’ll finish getting everything off or I’ll just prescrub right before pulling in haha.
I normally hand wash my car myself and use ceramic products only. I’m pickier than most, check the vid from right after though.6 months agoI spent 45 dollars to Wash my car and I very disappointed they didn’t wipe out anything barely vacuumed my car did even armor all the inside. 50 bucks wasted. Never again. And I went early there was no other cars there. Smfh. No good business.4 months agoWent to this car wash to get an exterior car wash for $13 and was unknowingly signed up for an automatic renewal car wash package for $26.70 per month. I was told I would only be signed up if I downloaded the everwash app which I never did, my card was entered and charged for three whole months without my knowledge until I noticed the recurring charge on my bank account. When I called to rectify the situation I’m not sure if he’s the owner but a guy named Sal told me that he would help me to cancel the membership and also refund my money back. When I went to the car wash I was told that it was too busy and he would help me next time this service was definitely never asked for and I never agreed to have an automatic renewal membership package. I had to figure out the app and call on my own to cancel this unwanted membership. I think customers deserve to know when they are being signed up for automatic renewal memberships and should be fully aware of the policies.3 months agoI called in desperate need of a seat shampooing and I was very thankful for Sal. I purchased the interior detail which came with a basic exterior wash. I arrived with my car approximately 830am and at approximately 1120am Sal was calling me to inform me that my car was ready. I am VERY satisfied with the service I received my interior look like I purchased a brand new car.a year agoAlthough this place is cost effective, it’s not worth it . They RINSE your car, is what they do – with a whole lot of fancy chemicals. The machine does it all. They people designated to dry your car uses dirty rags that leave spots on windows and the car. They machine has left so many scratches on my car . Spend the extra money and go somewhere else !

2 months agoQuick friendly service, at reasonable prices, with lots of different price point options as well as detailing service. They also sell car mats, wipers, huge assortment of car fresheners, and various other car accessories. I received the platinum package and while it was a good job, there were still some smudge as well as bird “remnants” on my windshield.. That’s why not 5 stars…but would definitely go back and try the detailing service.2 weeks agoI have been going to this car wash facility for 3 years and they do an excellent job on my 2018 Dodge Challenger. The staff is very friendly and very attentive to my car. Muhammad assisted in getting a scratch mark off of my side mirror within minutes with no charge. He was very kind and polite. They took very good care of my car.I have a brand new car and I was concerned about getting scratches on my car. They have brushless car wash and all the employees banded together to clean the inside and outside exceptionally well. I recommend coming here and the prices are worth it. This is now the only place I’m going to go to and get my car cleaned. Great job!!!!4 months agoSave yourself some time and skip this place. I took my Jeep here to get it cleaned. The worker, who already had a bad attitude, told me it would be an extra $5 because it was “too dirty”. I know it’s dirty, that’s why I came to the car wash… When I asked where they listed this extra charge on their big board of prices, he couldn’t point it out to me and went to get the manager. The manager comes out, again, with a terrible attitude, and says they’re really busy, they would do the best they can, but couldn’t guarantee they could get it fully clean. He still wanted to charge me an extra $5, which he again couldn’t identify on the price board… I understand charging extra for something that might take more work, but an unlisted $5 surcharge on top of a service that only costs $25 is dumb. I wouldn’t have minded paying a little extra if the charge had been listed or even if the customer service was decent, but I don’t support businesses who treat their customers like trash. Theyt couldn’t even guarantee their work. What’s the point? Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

OK first time here I spent $25 on a car wash. Came with vacuum inside wipe down clean outside… Got my car back the outside looks fine the inside driver seat passenger seat fine. And I specifically asked if I had to take my car seats out and they said they would vacuum around them. No big deal… I get home and I go to buckle my car seats back in.
Exterior car wash, Mike the manager is great at explaining the issue. But I’ve washed my car here before and this has never happened. It’s shame because I live in the neighborhood will give update unless otherwise.
Not worth the money. I paid $35 for the platinum package and my car was almost untouched. Dashboard was half way done, the gear shift compartment wasn’t touched at all and my 2nd row looked as dirty as when I got there.
Besides washing the outside and vacuuming the front mats I don’t think anything else was done.
I paid $30 for the gold wash where my interior was supposed to be vacuumed they didn’t vacuum my car at all. Then they left my car absolutely SOAKED. The owner seems to be more interested in trying to sell his car wash subscription rather than worrying about the product he is putting out. I will never come back here again. There are better car washes in the area.
Highly recommend for oil change. Waited about 15 minutes in the car line. 20 more minutes for the oil change. Got some work done in the waiting room. The guy who checked me out had a great energy and assured me that they checked out a few things on my car. Then went right nextdoor for car wash! Will definitely be back!
